Hotel was super clean and room was excellent size for two queen beds. Very nice setup for kitchen. Overall the whole hotel was nice looking and clean.

Breakfast was just ok. At 8:30 in the morning no eggs left. Staff would not bring any more eggs out even though breakfast bar closed at 9:30. Very limited on breakfast selection. Not family friendly. Breakfast and hotel was geared more toward a business single person on the go. Went to desk numerous times and no one was there. Not a very good greeting staff. The hotel is way over price for what you are getting. If you or family are wanting a place to just lie down at night there are numerous hotels in Cookeville at a lower rate for the same ammenties or better. Great stay. We meet family here a few times a year to pick up and drop off grand kids. My daughter is very picky about where she stays. TownePlace always meets and exceeds her high standards. The property is very near to I-40 with many dining options.

Seems pricey for a bed and a so-so breakfast Tried to book again for the return trip and they are sold out. Maybe it's because we're trying to get rooms for the weekend.

Great location right off of the highway. Close to nicer restaurants. Clean. Room smelled nice not musty. Staff was very friendly.

Hand soap was missing from bathroom. No big deal but a 10 minute inconvenience. Wifi would connect and disconnect constantly.

Very cozy and friendly, accommodated us when I was worried my somewhat freshly dyed hair would stain their towels by giving some hand towels they were okay with us throwing away if needed. The kitchen was clean and ready for us to use.

There were a couple tiny old food-colored stains on the sheets but I know that comes with usage, nothing out of the ordinary.

Softball Coach

We were staying here for a softball tournament so our coach had made Or reservations but she made a wonderful decision...The property was quiet and very clean. The breakfast was good and hot. The front desk people were so amazingly friendly and so helpful I would definitely stay here again. Thank You

Very beautiful, full kitchen in room, separate bedroom , great breakfast , the employees were really great. I would definitely recommend and come back to stay.

There wasn't anything I didnt like

The young woman who checked me in was very friendly. After a long day of traveling it’s nice to be greeted with nice small talk and a smile.

Travel with my dog is a challenge, it a plus when I find a LARGE area for her to relieve herself without having to go into chigger land.

Friendly staff and hotel was very clean.

The place was clean and nicer than most extended stays. If you are a Sams Club member you’ll be pleased to see one next door….convenient gas.

Bathrooms were a bit small. I did pay more than I wanted, but I was trying to avoid a roach motel

The room was huge, great size for an old lady with 2 dogs. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and kind. The rooms were clean.
