Nice breakfast selection Friendly & attentive cook!

The bathroom tile work & messy grout made the floor appear filthy! Room 329. Someone of authority should definitely inspect

Clean, good location, good breakfast bar.

I gave a 9 instead of a 10 because it took around 30mins to get checked in, the attendant couldn’t find our reservation through booking.com even though I had the confirmation numbers and was showing her proof on my phone. The attendant was nice and after 30mins of trying she went ahead and checked us in and figured it out with her manager after. She was so nice. The pool was freezing and fairly smaller than what is shown in the pictures. Other than those 2 things the hotel was excellent.

The hotel was very clean which is one of our top priorities. The beds were comfortable. The front desk person who assisted us was great and we appreciated such a nice and friendly welcome.

The free breakfast had lots of options, but the protein (eggs and meat) could have been better quality in our opinion. Eggs seemed like the powdered kind because they were watery and the sausage was rubbery. However, we appreciated that there was a good variety of cereal and other things to choose from. Also, for someone making a traveling stop, it's a bit off the highway. I noticed a Trader Joe's and other stores nearby, so it's more of a neighborhood, but that meant things were quiet too.

New clean facility. Really nice breakfast. Nice social areas.

Staff in general could have been more friendly and outgoing. More service oriented. ABSOLUTE PROBLEM: Only one elevator was working, and sometimes none were working. With a heart condition and shortness of breath, I could barely make it to my fourth floor room. Actually with a mezzanine it was probably the fifth floor. That someone who helped me was a gentleman going by on the stairs. Not the staff I had encountered but who gave no offer of help. This was a really bad situation for me as it made my heart go up and I could barely breathe.

Breakfast was great! The lady that takes care of the breakfast does a wonderful job with it. She kept everything cleaned and well stocked with food.

I loved the property! But I noticed sitting there eating breakfast on the last Saturday we were there. That no one was telling this lady thank you. She’s a hard worker. She stayed on top of things.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is relatively new, and is in a good location. Parking is easy. Extra points for the coin laundry and gym. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

A couple of things were not to my liking, but to be honest, these are minor issues: the floors seem to be too thin as the sounds from the room above could be heard, mostly when someone was stomping their feet. Walls on the other hand did not let sound through. The other thing was the HVAC system, which is always on, and cannot be turned off, because the dehumidifier is always running.

Great location and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was well stocked and nice options were available.

The entrance was messy when we arrived as there were many young boys staying at the hotel for sporting events. Unfortunately staff was not available to clean. First impressions leave lasting impressions. However, this would not keep us from rebooking at this hotel, kids can be messy.

The hotel is new, beautifully decorated and clean. The receptionist was most helpful in getting us into our room early. She was so friendly behind the desk and away. The breakfast area was kept clean and the food selection was very good.

Honestly, at this moment I can not think of anything I did not like about this hotel.

Clean facilities and convenient parking with the attached parking garage. Enjoy the ability to stream on television and use free wifi for business and personal. Room was clean and hotel was quiet for the most part.

Access to the front desk from the check-in drive is very inconvenient. Too difficult to get into when coming from the front of the building. Front desk staff was friendly, but was not attentive upon arrival. Had to get his attention from his phone. Air conditioning unit sounds like a flood coming through the room when it kicks on.

Only stayed one night. Room, bathroom and grounds were very clean, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. Perfect location. We did not try the breakfast, so not sure how that was. . I did have the coffee. It was always available in the lobby which was very nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

No issues. Can’t find anything bad to say. One elevator was out of order but didn’t seem to be a big problem at all.
