This property has great rooms. Great price Good location. The staff was friendly decent customer service. Breakfast is pretty good. Would recommend it!

During our stay a pipe burst so we were without water for a little bit nothing was done to accommodate the inconvenience but staff handle it and water was restored within an hour

Very clean, quiet, and in a great spot if you just want to go more for the hiking and a little bit of the tourists spots. The room was very spacious. We also got to watch wildlife in the river, so the view was great.

The bathroom sink did take a while to warm up but that was the only complaint if I had to find something.

The comfortable bed, TV had many channels, private balcony, big bathroom and shower had lots of pressure and hot water, breakfast was amazing with eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, muffins, cereal, yogurt, orange juice!

We were very impressed with how clean the rooms were kept. The complimentary breakfast was really good and had several options to choose from for anyone with picky kids! The views of the river and mountains were beautiful too. Walking distance to the main strip. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Gatlinburg close to everything and on a budget! Management was amazing as well!

The only downfall to the rooms were that there were stand up showers. It was a little difficult to give the little kids baths without getting water everywhere. But having the sliding glass doors helped. Which isn't a deal breaker.

I loved that the room was very clean. I always wipe everything with Clorox wipes (tables, nightstands, TV stand/table, bathroom toilet and sink etc). There was not one speck of dirt on any wipe!! I was so impressed! It's nice to know they really cleaned the room. Breakfast was decent. Bacon, eggs, muffins, cereal, toast, pancakes (you put them in the machine), coffee, oh and yogurt. Dining area was clean and food was fresh and hot. The location was "ok". It's in the far end of the main parkway strip and about 2 blocks away. Not as convenient as I preferred but still manageable if you're ok with doing lots of walking. We loved the balcony and listening to the water flow. For the price we paid it was a great stay. The only negative...if there is one...is the bathroom sink needs to be replaced. We'd definitely stay again!

We wanted to be closer to the Parkway strip. However, still a good location.

This was a first. The location. In the heart of the Smoky Mountains!! 300 yards from a creekside trail walk for miles… food. Everywhere. Grand selections. Breakfasts around here are a religious experience. Hotel does have a nice spread if u dont want to walk and find a place to chow..People are so so nice here. The views right iutside the window and every balcony… bliss. The sound of the river. I slept on the balcony first night. Soothing. Perfect. Clean clean clean. And nature gave us a show .. black bears own Gatlinburg. We r in the smoky mountains people. Dont leave food in ur car. Do not. Doesnt matter where u r. Respect the critters and area. They know. Best value and general my favorite hotel Ive stayed at in years. And i am the avid traveller… best value period. No doubt at all.

The pillow was awful. Definitely would bring our own pillows next time.

Location wise, it was very quiet and peaceful being at the end of the strip. We had bears in the parking lot two different days which excited me. Also loved having the little balcony over looking the river and the breakfast was yummy.

Nothing really. If I could pick it up and move it towards the middle of the strip so my body didn’t hurt after all the walking that would be cool, but besides that the actual hotel was nice and we really enjoyed our stay. I also do wish the stairway doors was unlocked throughout the day since we had a room on the end, but I almost wonder if that’s so the bears couldn’t figure out how to get in HA

Very clean room, easy to park (we got a covered spot) and get our stuff up to the room via elevator. River view was nice and this end of town is quieter than the middle of town which is nice. One of the most comfortable beds we've experienced in a hotel.. normally it's hard for me to get a good night's sleep, but it was great here and my family felt the same. Breakfast was really good - loved the automated pancake maker and all of us had one! Bacon was perfect and plenty of other options as well including juices and coffee.

Nothing really negative about our stay. We'd certainly stay here again.
