The room was so spacious and the bed was so comfortable! I appreciated being able to do laundry.

The parking seemed crazy but it actually worked out!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was walking distance to the strip downtown and a short drive to pigeon forge. The whole place was super clean. The pool and water slides exceeded my expectations. I thought they were going to be much smaller then they actually were. They were huge!! My 15 year old nephew enjoyed them as much as my 7 year old son. I also liked that there was plenty of seating around the pool area to relax and watch the kids play. We stayed in a king suite and the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a late football game on one of the nights we were there and the room was large enough for 6 of us (3 adults, a teenager, and two young kids) to watch the game comfortably with plenty of seating and we even had pizza and wings delivered right to our door. The staff was super friendly and very helpful.

The only complaint I have, which isn’t a big deal, is that shortly after breakfast they pretty much close off the lower level which is where breakfast and the coffee station is, for cleaning. So if you miss breakfast or want a coffee after 9:30, you have to make it in your room or get a coffee elsewhere. That’s literally my only complaint.

The fall decorations in the lobby were very welcoming. Loved the breakfast area had it's own floor with lots of space and tables. Nice mix of hot and cold foods. Liked the juice options (orange, apple, mango) and that there was both white and chocolate milk. Appreciate that soap dispensers in the rooms instead of the waste that happens with individual bars. Beds were comfortable and towels were nice quality. I appreciated the lighting along the lower part of the wall near the bathroom so you can see if you have to get up after lights out and not disturb anyone or run into something.

Parking in front is hard to find but if you can get a spot in back, it's easy access into lower floor and elevators.

Facilities are clean and mostly nice. Staff was great. Breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts I've had. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, plus the normal continental breakfast stuff. Kids loved the water park. Great location, close to the Gatlinburg strip.

There was a panel in the ceiling of the hall way outside outside our door that had part of the circulation system (that's what I was told), making a terrible knocking noise. Sounded like marbles in the squirrel cage of an air handler. Kept me and the family up half the night. We were graciously moved to another room the next night. Most of the facilities were great but that was pretty frustrating.

The property and room were exceptionally clean and well maintained. This location seems to value a beautiful property. My family and I were impressed with the cleanliness. The breakfast was fully stocked, hot and pretty good. There were multiple attendants refilling food and maintaining a clean space for guest. Splash Hollow - the reason we selected this property, having a toddler, was nothing short of exceptional. It provided numerous hours of fun for the entire family. The location is just a short walk from the main strip in Gatlinburg with beautiful views of the mountains.

Microwave was small - hard to heat up food adequately. WiFi - for the price, I feel like better WiFi could be provided. Parking lot is shared with another hotel, parking can be a premium.

Everything was great from the location and especially the indoor pool which my kids love and being right across from the favorite breakfast place to eat was a plus

The only thing I had bad was the pull out sofa that had a huge wire hanging out of it that I hat to stuff so my kids did t get poked with it and as I’m putting on the sheets right in the middle of the mattress as I’m lifting it up was a pile of candy melted to the mattress which was disgusting so yeah I don’t know nothing bout that but please get that maids to handle that it’s room 412

Pool, water area, game area was great for kids. Breakfast was average hotel food. Location, amazing. Lobby was clean, loved the bird. The employee checking me in was great! Overall, I was very pleased.

Our a/c in our room was loud and rattled, like startled me right out of bed in the middle of the night. Cosmetic damages in the room with the wall. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest but probably from the age and use but wasn't enough to gross me out.

Everything was just exceptional!!! I would recommend this place every time!!! It was so clean, everyone, and I mean every employee, was just beyond wonderful!!! This was by far the best stay we have ever had!!! Anywhere!!! The free breakfast was so, so, so good!! So much to choose from!! Sweet Darla, the parrot in the lobby who greets you when you come in!! To the water park/pool area, once again, just so, so, so, wonderfully fun!!! To the 2 small game rooms to occupy the kids!! When we go back to Gatlinburg, we will definitely, for sure be staying here!!! Thank you all from the Goodmans!!

Breakfast was excellent!! Something different everyday and the family loved it!! The room was spacious and I finally got a 1st floor room!!! As for the cleanliness, it was beyond our expectations, from the entrance to our room and dinning area, you guys did a great job!

Of course we all want to save money, but understood that we where going there for Christmas. The overall experience was great!!! From check in, to check out.

Pool area was awesome, kids had a blast and it was well maintained! Breakfast was good! Bed was comfortable, room was clean. All around good experience!

The arcade machines took my money like 6-7 times. The kids really wanted a souvenir from the hotel they loved so much but it’s okay. Not a deal breaker. those machines break down a lot i guess.
