The location was FANTASTIC. It's almost walking distance to the strip for adults, not with children. The room was very nice. We were very happy with our stay! We will definitely book here again.

My toddler had really really dirty socks/feet from walking around with no shoes on in the hotel room. Also, the rooms said "no smoking" but clearly smelled like cigarettes.

After reading other reviews I started getting REAL nervous. But, our room was really nice. Floors were clean, beds were very comfortable. Fluffy pillows. Front desk was very nice and informative. He warned us to leave the bears alone if we see them and not to approach them. Yes. Ones crossed the street the first night and one wandered the parking lot in the morning. Just be smart and don’t leave food out. They won’t bother you! Location not far from town.

We had our dog and I didn’t like that I wasn’t told ahead of time what the pet fee would be. It’s $30, FYI. Also, if you want to bring your dog make sure you book a pet friendly room. Towels were typical. Breakfast was lame…but many places to choose from in town, that’d be my choice.

I was 8 months pregnant and slow for loading up, I felt very rushed by the staff/sight manager to leave. The "continental" breakfast was some granola bars, mini muffins, apples&bananas, and some off brand sugar cereals. It's definitely underwhelming for being a big part of the decision for choosing the location. Found out at 6:45pm after our day exploring downtown Gatlinburg, that the pool had a closing time of 7pm, which is not posted anywhere. Our toddler was looking forward to it all day. The staff member on duty was kind enough not to rush us out of the pool area.

The sight manager is rude and rushes you out. He called the room twice while I was on my way to the office to turn in the key cards. I'm 8 months pregnant and moved very slowly, to be safe. I told him this. He hung up on my husband during the second call when my husband was trying to tell him I was on my way with the keys. Very rude and unprofessional individual. The rest of the staff seemed kind and pleasant.

Upper windows need blinds. The light from the hotel come in, can’t make it truly dark in the room. Everything else was good.

I was worried because it has a lower review rating & it doesn't look to great, but turned out to be great. The price was a lot lower than everything else for the holiday weekend. Room was great & the location to every is great

Only thing I didn't care for was the toilet sits to low to the groung & the beds & pillows weren't very comfortable

There where cockroaches in the bathroom. Floor was cold. Construction near by.

It was a great location so you could walk to the main strip. It also had a small scenic driveable nature road really close by. It was very close to Smokey mountains national park. It was small and quiet at nite. Staff was very nice. I was able to have my cat with me and only pay an extra $30 a night for her.

My only issue the entire time was the bathroom could have been cleaner. When I was in there, there was used bars of soap on the top lip of the shower.

2nd stay and was excellent this time too! The breakfast not too good- wifi was much better than last year! Perfect location , trolly stop across the street! Clean room and clean resort!! Love having washer and dryer and so close to the smokey entrance and of course bears, bears and bears!

Excellent location! Free parking , trolly stop across the street. Walking distance to a nice park. Short drive to the smokey mountains which had a lot of bears! I loved the rockers out front to use! Coffee and tea option all day!

wifi issues and breakfast every day is biscuit and gravy

Was near centre of town. Just 5mins walk from shops, restaurants and Sky walk attraction, which was where we wanted to go.

When we entered the room only one light was working, the rest had blown bulbs. Also on one of the bed coverings there was a dark sticky stain. We went back to reception and were given another room straight away. So cannot complain about that.
