This is the third time we've stayed in the hotel and, once again, it was great. Good top-floor room with balcony, comfortable beds, lovely pool area and plentiful breakfast. This year, housekeeping was way better than it has been in previous years and our room was serviced daily to an excellent standard by friendly staff.

As we tend to stay for over a week due to family living nearby, we would appreciate more hanging space for clothes! It would also be great to have a mirror and shelf in the bathroom. These are very minor issues, though. It would be more eco-friendly to have reusable cups, plates and cutlery if possible.

Everything was great. Shuttle service (3rd party) was great for going to Broadway. Room size was large and spacious.

The doors to the rooms are on hinges that makes the door close on its own BUT if you don’t hold on to the door it slams. So there was a lot of doors slamming early morning & late at night. The ceiling in the room with the shower was peeling but this is happening because there is no exhaust fan.

Great value in this market for quality of the room and the price paid. Spacious room, clean, quiet and well appointed room. GREAT HOT BREAKFAST WITH MANY CHOICES, Only minus is the watery FOLGERS COFFEE, did not match up with the quality of the food

Odd layout of the hotel, bit like a maze. The front desk attendant needs some serious training in how to be more pleasant and the face of your property. Bad demeanor

Great location, feels very safe which was important for us in traveling. Room was clean and had plenty of room for us. I’ve stayed here before and it’s my favorite place in Nashville to stay. Breakfast is amazing as well!

I love the location, hotel customer service, safety as well as appreciate the lower cost of a decent room.

There was excessive noise- loud and late at night(continued after midnight) next door to the left of my room location.

The hotel was very cozy and quaint. The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. I thought the pool was great. Doesn't get very crowded. I also enjoyed the breakfast and cocktail hour

Checked in around 10 at night and the front desk women was so not friendly. She didn't welcome us or smile. Bare minimum! I thought maybe because it was late, but that was no excuse. The following days I was there the staff at the front desk continued to be the same way. When we checked out the lady didn't ask us how was our stay or say hello. It was just so weird. You really need to hire better people who like to deal with the public or train them to be nicer and do there job correctly!

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, spacious rooms, nice pool.

When we arrived after traveling all day, we were not greeted kindly. I had to initiate the transaction. I said “Hi, checking in.” The woman behind the counter said ID. I gave her my ID & she said, Credit Card. Not very pleasant at all. When we got to the room (4 of us, wife and two kids), we realized the pull out couch had no pillows. Also the executive king suite had only two towels. We sent one of the boys down to retrieve towels and pillows. He returned with towels only and said they had no extra pillows. If a room sleeps 4 people and the pull out should be that extra bed, there should be pillows for it.

Overall, my time at the Club Hotel Nashville Inn & Suites was truly memorable. The combination of cleanliness, excellent facilities, and the kindness of the staff made for a remarkable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nashville.

For travelers with their own vehicle, the Club Hotel Nashville Inn & Suites is an ideal choice. The convenience of having a car makes transportation concerns a non-issue and allows for easy exploration of the city and its surroundings. Despite the transportation aspect, I found the hotel itself to be a wonderful place to stay, boasting cleanliness, excellent facilities, and a truly dedicated staff.

When we first checked in it was 11pm and greeted by armed security that was a shock but never saw them again Room was very big bathroom too We had a room with a balcony although a little loud during the days with kids and groups it didn't bother us Breakfast was good and always stocked up The coffee machine was fabulous and on 24/7 great tasting coffee too ! Overall we wished we'd booked 2 weeks instead of the one ! Must add beds are pretty high and maybe a problem for some to get into ..

Noise from pool some days were bad if you wanted to keep patio doors open But when closed you couldn't hear noise inside Tv guide would have been nice instead of having to flick through all the channels More towels we had 3 adults and not enough towels for baths hand washing and hair washing
