Because of problem with your shuttle company I followed the agents instructions for his service. I advised him to pick us up at 4:10 a.m. he said no problem. He would be there. He had difficulty understanding me and I had difficulty understanding him. Once confirmed I just assumed he would be there for our pickup. During our conversation, I asked him if I needed to advise the downstairs receptionist and he said no. Again, he reiterated to be there at 4:10 he did show up but refused to service us. The reason was that the receptionist was not advised that we needed service. That young man called the service and could hardly understand him and did not solve the issue that little service issue cost us $25-$30 to the airport.

The breakfast was very good, they had everything from eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, bagels, cereal ....... the only thing I wish they would have had was oatmeal. It food was filled up as soon as it was empty. Wish they had a couple more tables for seating, when we got there , no seating was left!

The housekeeping was not the good. On her way to our floor, There were two piles of stains on the rug (not sure if was puke or spilled food) that were left ton the rug in the hallway for three days. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were obviously not refilled in awhile, by the third day I had no conditioner! The towels were very limited and small to take a shower.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and there was complimentary water bottles. The breakfast was nice.

The location there were a lot of people walking around like drug addicts. There was no pool I thought I saw one when I booked. No one bothered us but it made us feel a little sketchy about the location.

Checking in easy. In booking through Booking.com I didn't know I had accidently requested 4 rooms instead of just 2 while updating some info but the young man ckg us in helped resolve the mistake. BEAUTIFUL rooms comfortable beds. Would definitely look to see if they were someplace on my next trip.

It was clean and easy to get to. Quiet location was nice too.

I didn't care for the breakfast. We went down early around 8ish. Not much food left to choose from, and it was cold. Could've done better keeping it stocked. Families with children didn't even have milk to put in cereal that was the only option for food at the time they wanted breakfast. Drops of milk was all that was available for them.

Location, breakfast and staff

The ADA room we booked for my mother in law had a tall bed, which is not ADA compliant and my mother in law, who has significant mobility issues could not get in. We have to swap rooms for the night she was staying as the “regular” beds are more accessible.

Nice staff, great location for us. Nice shower products, nice rooms, good breakfast (more fresh fruit options would be nice)

Queen sheets on a king bed, pillows uncomfortable, drain in bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor.

The room was attractive, large, and clean. The bathroom was really nice with the walk in shower. The bed was comfortable.

The one arm chair in the room was hard. And not particular to this hotel but why don’t all hotels put two arm chairs? Very few people travel alone so two real chairs should be standard. Sorry, it’s one of my pet peeves.

The bedding had stains and women’s hair on it. The TV could have been connected to Wi-Fi because the available channels were not interesting. We had to leave early in the morning and asked for lunch boxes, but we were refused, even though breakfast was included, if I’m not mistaken.
