the location is close to everything! nice rooms and the staff Dee and Efren were fantastic welcoming and available!

The room was clean and spacious. The facilities such as the pool, fitness center and breakfast area were great. The breakfast was amazing. The snacks that you could purchase at the front desk had nice options and the check in representatives were nice. The location of the hotel was in an area that you could reach quite a few areas either walking distance or via car.

There were quite a few people lurking nearby that were under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Not the fault of the hotel but made checking in quite uncomfortable. Also, the checkout process was very lengthy because there was only one person working the desk and about 8-9 people waiting in line. Some people were doing extensions, which took some time while most of us just needed to turn in our keys and check out. There should be two people at the desk or someone checking in on the one person periodically to make sure customers are taken care of in a timely manner.

Great stay ! Love the nice amenities super updated ,i clean Airbnbs and I can say the room was very clean I did a wipe down with Clorox wipes & spray nothing came up except door handle was dusty , shower floor could use a resurface but it’s still was clean , it’s motel style but very new looking and modern felt safe great for if you want to save a buck on a stay. They have a nice bar attached and restaurant. Gym took the cake loved it . Staff like others have mentioned are amazing, quick check in , and nice priced drinks in the lobby. Breakfast is average but it’s a Waffle House not even 5 minutes away. Definitely worth it!

Not a smart tv but I got to watch the office so it’s ok lol Honestly I travel a lot & I can certainly say I have no complaints. Just if you are super picky or prefer fancy this isn’t that. Great for people who just like a nice clean safe room nothing to extravagant .

I was dubious about this hotel due to the number of 1 star ratings however the hotel was clean the breakfast was OK considering it only cost $5. An Irish pub attached to the hotel was very good and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop took us right into Nashville for just $1 each way. The staff were very helpful roon cleaning was on request at reception. It was all that we needed.

Breakfast was in the hotel foyer and although the breakfast was acceptable for the cost there was very little seating but stating that I am being really picky.

Cool decor, nice courtyard and (mostly) clean, comfortable lodgings. Had guest laundry though you had to buy detergent in the lobby

The door didn't close all the way unless shoved with all my might... also the shower had some mold growing in the caulking.

It was in a great location, 10-15 minute drive to broadway and other popular bars. We took an Uber most nights and they had no trouble finding the hotel. The gym was just as good as the pictures show. The bar next door had great food and it was the most reasonably priced place we went to. I think for the cost of the stay it’s a pretty good spot, despite the slight cleaning I had to do I would stay here again!

My only “complaint” was that our floor and kitchen counter had what looked like pasta sauce on it, nothing major but I noticed it right when we walked in. I just cleaned it up with a Clorox wipe and ended up wiping all the surfaces and most of the floor down.

The location is good with easy access to downtown Nashville. The front desk staff is amazing. They were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are modern and refurbished. The pool was nice and refreshing. Parking on site is also available. I wish I had time to visit the nearby Irish pub.

They room was not cleaned daily and as we stayed for 2 nights we had to ask for new towels and we had no cleaning/maid service. The breakfast had no hot option as eggs, bacon or sausage. There was no security around as the hotel had some junkies staying there which was a bit scary.

i loved the location. for the price and being on a budget it’s a good spot if you are traveling solo or as a couple. it’s location speaks for its self. majority of the people staying are heading out to downtown Nashville.

there isn’t really much that I didn’t like to be honest l knew based on the reviews before going and what I was using the room for I wasn’t really expecting a 5 star spot. it wad clean and ac worked the shower was clean. it did have its areas there it might of messed some TLC but it’s all good.

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! The staff was courteous & helpful. The room was big & very clean. I always worry that the room wont look like the online picture. It looked exactly like it did online. I plan on staying here again as my overnight stay in route to Florida. The food at The Lost Paddy was AWESOME! We all ordered something different & everything was good. Breakfast was perfect. We made sure we didnt disturb the Leprichaun. LOL
