WAS CLEANING. THE CHECK IN FAST. AND EVRYTHING LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES. I HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE IN THIS HOTEL. THE BREAKFAST WAS OK. BUT FOR THE PRICE HAVE DIFERENTS OPTIONS TO EAT, THE NORMAL THINGS, EGG PANKAKES, BREAD, GOOD COFFE BACON, ETC

It had plenty of parking with no charge. Pizza from the restaurant was delicious. The hotel was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was great. I appreciated the full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Just a few minutes from downtown. Felt safe. Loved all the mirrors including the full size ones on the sliding doors-made it easier for multiple people to get ready for the concert we were attending.

The sliding glass doors on the shower would not stay closed on one side which we could have reported but we were unpacked and didn’t want the bother of having someone come repair or switching rooms

Property was conveniently located near downtown Nashville and only 10 minutes from BNA. The room was super clean and spacious. The staff was nice although calling ahead to make a request, it was difficult to understand them, but that was probably a bad connection. The breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again!

The pool was only 3 feet deep the whole way and extremely warm for July, so I would’ve liked to see a pool with more depth and slightly cooler temperatures.

its newer and has a really great view… from the front. if youre in the back u get a view of a rock wall, but if you like peace and quiet you may prefer that side. love the included breakfast, really nice setup and options.

the carpeting was sort of “sticky” feeling in the room I had. could be deep cleaned. also the water in the shower would get hotter and colder im guessing depending on if others were also using their shower. it wasnt pleasant being blasted by scalding hot water as youre trying to enjoy a shower after a long drive. the worst part for me was that the mini fridge didnt seem to work, and the dial the adjust it was missing. i had brought food with me and I couldnt keep it cold, really disappointed about that

I have stayed here the last three years and driving to Florida for the winter. I like it’s convenient to the expressway in my trip. Bedding and facilities are always great.

I’m not sure they processed my Hilton honors number when I left, which I did request. The app does say it should be in my account two hours after I stay there, but I don’t see it

The room was clean and spacious. Nice size shower and bathroom. Location was close to expressway. Breakfast was good. Most staff was friendly. Parking was easy and convenient.

The young lady who checked us in wasn't particularly welcoming. She didn't mention anything about breakfast in the morning nor did she let us know what time check out would be. We were guaranteed a top floor corner room when room was booked, but that wasn't available when we checked in. Disappointing. Location was convenient, but could hear a lot of traffic noise. Also could hear people talking in room next door. Thought cost of room was a little pricey.

very good suite and easy to get into Nashville (12 minute drive- park in the public library on 6th Avenue. The hotel was near to a large Walmart and about 15 minutes from the Grand Ole Opry. Petrol station across the way was a good price for filling up for the airport(about 15 minutes away)

the swimming pool was only 3 feet deep all over, great for children but not for swimming

The pool was really nice and clean. The breakfast was great except for not having hot tea available. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The bathroom was not as clean as when I stayed last time. That disappointed me because I really like clean bathrooms when I stay at a hotel.

Convenient location. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

The first night was a little noisy. Our room was located close to the elevator and we heard everything. The second night we turned on the fan to off set the outside noise, it helped.

Cleanliness of the room. Expediency of checking out. Breakfast was good. Coffee was okay. And yes...I would stay there again in the future.

A staff member at the check-in was a bit arrogant at first but made up for it by apologizing. Far from the airport.
