Facilities were good a bit out of the way and as an overseas visitor with no vehicle it cost me a lot in Taxi fares. No one else's fault,I should have done better research.

Being told by receptionist that she wasn't supposed to call a cab for guests. As an overseas visitor I found this quite rude

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. breakfast was always refilled when empty.

Bed was super mushy and pillows were too worn, bed could use replacing. I didn’t like paying $10 round trip for the shuttle everyday however I do understand it with the high price of gas nowadays.

Comfort of the rooms A fair good breakfast is available that is, apparently, not the case of every hotels in the surrounding. At foot distance to the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center Shuttle is available at a reasonable price for a down town trip.

The breakfast was great as always at Hampton Inns, that is one of the reasons we always stay there when we travel. Great selection of food and plenty of it. Beds are always so comfortable.

I missed the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival.

The hotel was perfectly located, clean, comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Shuttle was great. Breakfast was amazing.

The young woman at the front desk the night we arrived, July 2, 2021, was wonderful! We had to call to let the hotel know we were running late and she was very nice and friendly on the phone. Then when we arrived she was amazing to deal with. We were there three nights and I was always glad when she was at the desk. Also, the lady known as "Lovebug" in the kitchen was amazing! She went the extra mile for us and we really enjoyed our conversations with her. She made us feel like we mattered. The beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were good.

Because of COVID we did not get housekeeping service. We had to get our towels from the front desk as we needed them and everyone had to set our trash out into the hallways to be picked up. It would have been nice to have had housekeeping since we were there for three nights.

Breakfast exceeded expectations. Good selection.

There were 6 or 7 vehicles broken into on the first night of our stay. I know it's out if Hamptons control but they need consistent perimeter security.

Hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable, and staff are friendly and accommodating! Close to great area restaurants, Opry Mills, etc. The free hot breakfast was up and running, and Love Bug is very nice! The pool was big and clean. When I booked the room through booking.com, it did not note the airport shuttle is not running at this time. It was one of the reasons I needed to stay here. I reached out to the manager, Bruce Neal about this. He was very kind and understanding and offered a small discount off my stay to make up for it, although It's not the hotel's fault. Please be aware! It does state it on Hilton Hotel's site! I also needed an extra room for family and wanted to be close to each other which Bruce also arranged. Thank you for a great trip!

Fitness room could provide more equipment!

The hotel was clean, attractive, comfortable. The staff were very friendly. There was coffee available in the lobby area around the clock. It was hot and good and all the go-withs were available. Breakfast was good. Most impressive was the cleanliness everywhere but especially around the coffee bar and the breakfast area. I was most impressed and pleased with my entire experience at this hotel. Thanks so much for a great experience!

Our entire stay, there was quite pleasurable. The room was clean, very large, and not so far away from the exit that you had to walk.
