This was a great property in the best location. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. The daily breakfast was great. they have a shuttle that will take you to downtown Nashville for $15. Use the shuttle. it is $52 per 4 hours to park in downtown Nashville so definitely use the shuttle. it runs every hour on the half hour.

nothing to complain about

I thought this Holiday Inn was probably the best one I have stayed at. I liked the location…it wasn’t close to downtown (12 miles) but there was a shuttle available for $10 round trip per day to downtown. it was close to the Opry, the Gaylord hotel, Opry Mills mall; and there was a convenience store, liquor store, and several restaurants with live music in walking distance. We went downtown in the day, and stayed local in the evening. I loved the layout of the room. It was spacious, had great lighting and plenty of outlets and charging spots, and had a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast area had a large seating area, had a good selection and was constantly being restocked. We used the exercise room and the pool daily. The staff was always approachable and kind.

The only thing I would suggest is a gluten free bread option at breakfast.

The room was clean and spacious, bed, pillows were comfortable. Was located in a safe area, close to the Interstate with lots of food options and shopping. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the lady who checked us in the night of our stay. She was able at the last minute to arrange the downtown shuttle bus to pick us up, since we didn't give a 30 min notice. For $10 per person the shuttle picks up at the hotel every 30 mins and drops off at the Country Music Museum and picks back up there every 30 mins to return to the hotel. This is very convenient for those who don't want to drive to the downtown area. Will definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was excellent The availability of the shuttle downtown Beds comfortable Close amenities, store, bars, restaurants

The rooms were not cleaned, looked like only beds made and not correctly nothing tucked in and neat Bathroom counter not wiped down still stains remaining I know there was a language barrier with the cleaning staff, maybe pictures to show what we needed in our room, I.e kleenex, towels, etc The head of the bed had soda cans, candy wrappers stuffed at the head of the bed hidden by the mattress needed a good cleaning

we were totally amazed as to how close we were to the grand ole opry and the mall ! we absolutely loved it ! it wasn’t u til the last day that we realized there was a shuttle available for taking us downtown ! we took it and King Arthur was an amazing and funny and helpful bus driver ! highly recommend him to any and all to take the bus into the downtown area ! first day we paid$50 to park as we were aware of the shuttle ! my suggestion would be to put the notice in the rooms instead of the service desk area as we didn’t see it til checking out !

our stay was wonderful! if any complaint it was the parking ! we got back late one night and had difficulty finding a parking spot !

Very close to the Opry Mills and Grand Ole Opry, clean, modern, good signage (for where things are located like elevator, etc.) and easy to find everything (stairs, breakfast, pool, etc.). Helpful front desk staff. Plenty of free parking. Great breakfast. Good/fast elevators, minimal waiting.

No bath fan, so it was very humid in bathroom after showers. Low water pressure (sink/shower) in bathroom (tried to shave in shower but the water couldn’t rinse my razor since pressure was so low). Kind of a long line to check in. (One person working.)

Stayed for 4 nights while in Nashville. There was a variety of fresh breakfast foods offered each day. Loved the pancake making machine. First time seeing a pancake making machine in a hotel. Hotel was very clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent and friendly staff. Located in the Music Valley section of Nashville. Perfect location to stay for Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Shopping Mall and Food Court and General Jackson Riverboat and touring the Opryland Resort. Hotel offered a 3rd party shuttle service to Broadway Street for $10.00 round trip. Location for the famous bars, the Ryman and the Country Music Hall of Fall and downtown tours. It was about a 20 minute ride one way and left on the hour and returned on the half hour all day. Much cheaper than Uber services from the hotel to that area. I would definitely recommend to others and would not hesitate to stay there again if I ever have the opportunity to come back to Nashville.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the Gaylord Opryland convention center. Pleasantly surprised to find how clean and new it was. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast options. My kids loved the pool - it was large and clean with a 3 foot depth section perfect for my younger children. Would definitely recommend.

No real complaints to report but the A/C unit was a little loud and the water pressure on our top floor room could have been stronger. We also had a room facing the parking lot and could hear the music being played by the nearby saloon at bedtime. It didn't effect our sleep, but if you are a light sleeper, you might request a room on the backside of the building to minimize the noise.

Occasion on the room was within everything staff was friendly and attentive. The only thing I really can say is that we ran out of soap and towels. Because the housekeeper didn't come back to see if we needed anything. The sign was on the door to do not disturb until around 9:30 and then it was off so I think they should really do a second sweep of the. Floor before leaving for the day

Room was pretty clean. Large bathroom, fridge was cold, Green Mountain KCups for the Keurig, pool and deck area were large and clean. Location was very accommodating for what we needed. Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills, and Paula Deen's just around the corner! Breakfast was decent, coffee was good.

More hooks and towels stocked in the bathroom please! Only one hook and 3 bath towels made things unnecessarily difficult with a family of 5. Unfortunately, some of the desk staff, though polite and accommodating, were on their phones (speakerphone at that) every time we approached the front desk. It felt unprofessional and awkward.
