I like the area it was in. It was closer to restaurants I like and the hotel was good. Of course you get what you pay for but the sleep was quiet and no outside noise or disturbance.

I didn't like the fact that the pillows were filthy like they didn't use no clorox to clean the sheets or towels. The towel were done they should have thrown them out long ago. When I turned the faucet in the tub on hair came out of it like stuff you see on a movie🤢🤮🤮. I use my own spreads and towels so bring your own towels and blanket. Bring your soap. And they ask for a $100 deposit but it still.a cool place

Location was pretty good. It was a simple bus ride into the city and there was an abundance of food places and stores for essentials. The night manager Patsy is a legend and pointed me in all the right directions. No hesitation staying there again if l'm ever in Nashville.

The shower took 10 minutes to get hot and the towels were pretty small. Very minor grisles about a very good good stay .

I travel a lot and this location had a friendly staff, the room was clean, sheets were clean and everything was in order. It's no 5 star hotel but a good value and would stay again without reservation.

Water pressure and max water temp were a little light but not enough to deter me based for how good everything else was. The only thing they should do better is announcing the pet fee of 25 per night which is steep but they obviously use that fee to make sure the pet room are clean after you leave.

neighbors above me were very loud. pet charges were some of the highest I’ve ever encountered at this level of hotel/motel. my debit card has been charged and refunded for a wrong amount multiple times so I turned my card off for tonight and will check the activity again in the am and call the hotel if it happens again.

The room was clean and served it's purpose, a clean place to get some rest for the night while on our way to another state. It was a fairly short drive (approx 15 minutes) to Broadway and just a short distance longer to 12 south. The property could use a little updating, but honestly what mattered to me was cleanliness of the room and with that i was pleased.. Will definitely consider staying again whenever we are back in the area.

The property was located In walking distance of many restaurants. Right off the interstate just a few minutes from broadway

The rooms didn’t have their own coffee makers. Couldn’t connect my chrome cast to the tv. Everyone that booked their stay while I was there was all placed side by side in rooms.

I enjoyed every part of my stay here! The overnight staff was incredibly helpful considering I showed up for my reservation at 11pm. The room was impeccably clean, not a single bug in sight, quiet neighbors/neighborhood, and really worth the price. And being Pet Friendly was a huge plus for us considering most other hotels charge soooo much more to keep a pet in the room.

Bed was uncomfortable. Hold was placed in card for full amt, then charged once checked in & the hold was not released for a few days. Was told this practice is done at every hotel but it is not. I stay at multiple hotels all year & this is the first to hold up double on a card.

Pool was open and hotel was surrounded by a lot of restaurants and stores

No breakfast even though I will charge the room price that included breakfast through booking.com

My room was cozy, and the bed was comfortable. I loved having a fridge and microwave in the room! I loved having a hair dryer in the bathrm. I loved the curtains were dark out and private. I loved the extra door lock security with a deadbolt plus a chain lock. The room was clean.,

The bed pillows are flat! I am still waiting for my room deposit to be refunded. I'm sure it may take a day or two. I was disappointed to learn they don't serve a complimentary breakfast except coffee only.
