The breakfast was fantastic - Many hot options, and everything was clean and well organized. The breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating. We traveled for several days, and this breakfast was the best that we experienced anywhere. The omelette's that were offered were a favorite for our family, and the grits made by the woman staffing that day were also delicious! The room met our needs, and we had a restful stay.

The elevator button was finicky when we were there, and we had to work with it to get it to function. The fitness center was very small, but we were glad that there was a treadmill in there.

I loved the suite. Felt like I had a studio apartment. Love that the facility is pet friendly. Breakfast is nice. I traveled from another state and called to alert staff I would be arriving after general check in hours, when I arrived the desk clerk told me he was worried something happened because i was even later than I said. Said he was happy to see me and had already checked me in. Gotta love that Southern hospitality!

I wonder how full this hotel gets in general. While my suite was clean and very nice, a couple things were odd. 1. Missing toiletries. Some were there, some were not, like no bar soap. Toilet tissue was low with no additional roll, and the mount that holds it was very dusty. 2. There was an open alcoholic can beverage in the fridge. I will say again, the room was clean. Those items were not a big deal. Makes me wonder if staff is hanging out in the suites during slow periods.

I liked the size of the room and kitchenette.

There was only one luggage cart available.

We stayed here this past Labor Day weekend and after riding 500 miles on a motorcycle and getting rained on walking into the hotel was a welcome site and they evening staff was great very friendly making sure that we knew all of the schedule for housekeeping and breakfast all those kinds of things and the next morning staff was wonderful, that evening however not so much. I went down to get some towels because we choose to skip housekeeping every day and the front desk person was playing on what I can only assume was her personal cell and when I asked her for some towels I was greeted with a sigh and a very harsh tone saying hang on acting like I was bothering her by making a big production of getting up and walking in the back for the towels. Mind you I was told that we could do it this way because we choose to not have housekeeping everyday. Other than that this was a very very nice stay the rest of the time staff was wonderful and very helpful. They have good breakfast and even a washer and dryer should you need them. We did because the rain got us on the way there so that was helpful. Can't speak to the pool, fitness or business center and we did not use those. We were very happy about thet stay except for the one evening. Will say here again when we visit Memphis.

One evening staff member

After driving all day, we arrived late evening, only to be greeted by the kindest ladies, Dresha. She was warm and professional. The next day, our daughter's cat was lost. Our daughter was devastated! We had had to leave the same day! We told Housekeeper, Renee, who contacted all staff and gave a picture of the cat to the front desk. Everyone was helpful to assist! Renee kept in touch and was eager to help. After a week, we received a phone call from Renee to let us know that the cat was found! Our daughter made a five-hour drive to pick up her cat. We will forever be indebted to Renee for her perseverance and kindness. Thank you all so much for being the best hotel and having an outstanding staff!!

All facilities, posted breakfast, lobby and rooms were comfortable. Staff was semi-friendly and seemingly wanted to be helpful but relax a composure of guest composure.

1. Reservations were for a king and fold out ended up with two queens. Was uncomfortable for us after having slept together for 8 and 1/2 years. Pressed on through it by sleeping in one of the Queen's. 2. Staff seemingly lazier affair attitude rather than a gleeful or helpful may I help you. And didn't hear many thank yous from the staff.

The staff was excellent!! Everyone I can in contact with was professional and ready to help. They went above and beyond to make me and my family comfortable.

Our AC unit did not work in room 201. We thought we addressed the issue by opening a vent that had been painted shut only to realize it was actually the unit. It was VERY WARM our entire stay. And my mother and son got stuck on an elevator.

It is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and well equipped with various accommodation facilities, such as a dishwasher inside the room, business center, guest laundry, fitness room, etc. And, the complimentary breakfast was extraordinary. You don't want to miss it.

This is not a complaint, but I thought there were a couple of things I thought a bit weird. An example is that a hairdryer is inside the bathroom where there is no power outlet. Another thing was that the dishwasher was working when we checked in, but some of the dishes still had some specks of dirt on them.

Clean, nice neighborhood, nice breakfast including your choice of any combination of cereals, egg omelets, sausage, breakfast potatoes, bagels, toast, coffees with flavored creamers, waffles, 2 juices.

The sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. Every time you turn over they would wad up under you. The pillows were also not comfortable, some kind of feather that smashed flat as soon as your head touched it.
