good location and clean rooms stayed here multiple times while visiting family nearby great place
the gentleman at the front desk at 11pm/night staff was not polite, I asked him if rooms were available and his said “I DONT KNOW I JUST GOT HERE” then I proceeded to show him online had 5 rooms available and he said reserve them online it’s easier for him. I was tired and not going to get upset but that’s was ridiculous to speak to a customer and I reserved 2 rooms for 1/2/2023 so I spent good money

Everything.. the location, the suite, the cleanliness, and the friendly staff.
The only issue was the noisy people above us who arrived late at night and made noise for hours. Couldn’t sleep until they stopped making noise. They were not courteous to the rooms around/below them.

The staff was amazing. I loved the hot chocolate bar - What s thoughtful holiday touch. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen facilities, although we didn’t use them, were very well set up.
The room needs a place outside the bathroom where you could do make up.

Basically brand new and very clean. They have everything you need for an extended stay or a comfortable few days. Shower is massive! First hotel stay with our medically complex infant and it was almost as comfortable as home.
