I always stay here when I come to pigeon forge, because this hotel is absolutely the best quality and cleanliness i have ever experienced with a hotel. The beds are comfortable, the floors are impeccable, and I never feel dirty after being here. The pool facility is great, perfect for kids. The staff is always friendly. I will always choose the Black Fox.

Absolutely nothing

The location was great due to the event we attended was across the street at the Leconte Center. Staff was wonderful from the time we arrived we felt welcomed. I loved that we didn’t have to leave the hotel for meals. The food was good but our server was excellent. Also loves the live music each night we were there.

Great location, close to The Island. Very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas in the lobby. Room was very spacious and clean. We stayed in a room the had 4 queen beds and 2 bathrooms, it was like having an apartment. Bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

the rooms were realy nice .we used to go there with our fire department families in the summer to have family time

The only thing that I dislike is the breakfast used to ne included in the room price now its $14 a person to eat breakfast you can go to Dennys and eat cheaper than that things are tight enough getting through this pandemic

It was hard to adjust the air conditioning setting to the desired temperature. The maintenance man said if we wanted to raise the temp, to set 4 or 5 degrees higher. We never got it right.

The lodge was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean and nice along with the bathroom. The porch area was nice for sitting outside after exploring the town all day.

No bathtub in the room. Only 1 way to and from the pool from our room, didn't like walking through lobby in swim suit.

Great location to Gatlinburg, Dollywood! Great breakfast and my 4 YO daughter ate free! The staff was very sweet and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy. The price was super reasonable.

it’s right in the heart of pigeon forge. just one block off of the Main Street

we needed to do a load of laundry. there are two washers and dryers, but one washer and one dryer were out of service so we had to wait for another guest to finish theirs. not such a big deal.

Room was great. Bed was comfortable. Location was fantastic

I miss daily housekeeping. The coming back to a room that has been cleaned,beds made and linens refreshed. Not major but miss that luxury. One other thing was the thermostat,any motion in the room and it would illuminate the whole room at night.
