The staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. The lady that worked the desk most of the time we were there (July 2nd-July 4th) was probably the friendliest hotel employee that I've ever dealt with. She made the stay very pleasant and I wish I knew her name to give kudos.

My family has some physical health issues so we were disappointed that there was not an elevator. The ramps to go up to the second floor were very steep and difficult to walk up, especially with heavy luggage. The mattress that I slept on (closest to the door in room 237) was very uncomfortable, even for hotel standards. The mattress was "humped" in the middle, making it feel like I was sleeping on a hill. The other bed in the room (closest to the bathroom) was fine.

The location was perfect, the price was awesome, the office staff was super nice! The bed and pillows were comfirtable too which of course is akways an added bonus. I'd definitely stay again as a matter of fact I was going to book it for next yr when I'd be there again but they were already booked

The only thing I didn't like was to go to the upper level instead of steps there was ramps which I don't mind ramps except these were very steep and I could see them being slick when wet, I don't see how thats up to code with how steep they were cause it'd b very dangerous to take a wheelchair up or down it. I also didn't like that in order to get ice from the ice machine you had to put .25 in the machine

The location was amazing. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night watching traffic and looking at all of the lights. Good staff.

The only complaint was that the card reader to unlock our door was broken. Let them know late the night we checked in and went out the next morning for a while and as soon as we pulled back in they were following us to fix it. Fixed it within 5 minutes or less and no problems after that.

Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area We were able to get a ground floor room as requested due to bad knees and I can't do stairs very easily. The room was very clean and I wish my home a/c worked as well as thiers! Even though we had 2 queen beds the room felt a little small for 4 people but we all slept great! We'll be back!

The pool did seem to have some algae growth in the deeper end.

perfect location. loved to sit on front common deck in the evening n watch the parkway traffic.

there was on some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom . not bad though. I believe it was due to broken exhaust fan. AC rattled some.

It was a relaxed environment and cleaner than expected.

The Wi-Fi could have been a little stronger

It wasnt as clean as I would like it to be. I brought my house shoes, but my Granddaughter didnt & her feet stayed black from the floors. And the 50$ fee still hasnt been added back to my card yet.

Having to pay for ice . And they only change towels every 3 days but it’s not the one running it, it’s the owner Wyndham they should be ashamed of themselves for making these changes. I bet they don’t use the same towels for 3 days.

BETTER RATES. THEN AT CHECK IN I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA $50 SECURITY DEPOSIT EVEN THO I WAS USING A CARD THAT AT CHECK OUT I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET BACK AT CHECK OUT BUT THE OFFICE WAS LOCKED. STILL HASN'T WENT BACK ON MY CARD

Quiet clean place. Comfortable. Really enjoyed the visit.

IVE NEVER RECEIVED MY $50deposit back. I was told multiple times to wait a few more days because it needs time to post. It’s never gone through and I’m tired of waiting for nothing
