It was clean, and the beds were comfy. There wasn’t a lot of outside noise. The lady at front desk was very nice. This place is not fancy but, if you are looking for something clean, cheap and no frills, this is it.

Location was perfect, price was great, overall exactly what we needed.

Biggest issue was the shower knob was messed up so we only had one temperature for our shower water - scalding hot. I informed the staff as we left so hopefully it’ll be taken care of. Another issue is there seriously needs to be a latch up high so that kids can’t open the doors. The deadbolt is the kind that auto unlocks when the knob is turned. Our two year old attempted to make an escape several times.

We enjoyed the area, the river with the ducks & geese were a hit with our child & close to breakfast, other amenities. The room was cold, which was relaxing during the hot summer. Showers were great, including water pressure. Everything was clean & it was quiet. We only stayed in this Inn until our family arrived to town, wouldn’t have minded to added another night or two.

The only dislike was the uncomfortable beds(we may just like softer beds), Wi-Fi was horrible so if you are working on your travels, might want a stronger connection & the shower head could’ve used a good cleaning. Maybe one more bigger trash can in our room but again, little minor things to nitpick. Only thing our child complained about was no pool but we knew that, just neighboring hotels do have them! Didn’t enjoy the duck/goose poop but what can you expect by the river?

Convenient location and a great price. The lady at the desk upgraded my son and I to a room overlooking the creek and had a balcony. We enjoyed going out onto the balcony to look at the lights across the creek and when it stormed we were able to watch the storm from the balcony. Was also right by Red Rooster for breakfast so didn't have to drive to it or sit outside waiting we got put on the list and was able to relax and wait in our room.

Parking was a bit off, meaning you have numbered spots which is good unless someone else parks in your spot so you have to look for another one. But that's the only complaint.

I really liked everything! Close to everything. Room was clean and comfy.. jelly ( I think that's her name) the front desk girl. Was super nice and friendly. She got us queen beds & balcony because she seen we had 2 kids with us. Very nice of her. The balcony view of the water and Christmas lights were very pretty! Room is spacy. Also I like how we knew we would have a parking spot when we got back. They have assigned parking for each room. Each room had a parking spot. We loved the smart TV they have. We plan to stay here from now on when we stay in peigon forge

Me and my boyfriend loved the view of the rivers and the area was awesome and good for us.

The hotel did not have any hot water and it took over 20 to 30 mins to get the hot water to our room. So we had to wait and had it running for that long every night for 6 nights. But everything else was fine for us. We did let the staff know about by calling the office. They said it can take about 5mins but it took more then that.

I love the way they have remodeled and it's always clean. They have upgraded beds and huge flat screen TV's with amazing wifi. The TV's already have firesticks so no need to bring yours. It's right on the river and located one street back from the strip so it's peaceful and close to the action at the same time. They have the most polite and most well mannered staff I've ever encountered. The parking lot is also new and we'll maintained. So many pluses I don't know where to start and end. All the lights work and the even have chargers for your cell phone on the lamps and headboards. Amazing place to stay every time you come to pigeon forge A+.

I was given an upgrade room. Property is on te stripe but rooms w riverview are away from stripe. Lady at reception was very nice and so were thr cleaning people.

Room is supposedly quieter. Being on the stripe it’s loud and also construction in area starts at 7:00. Rooms have terrible insulation so it can get loud with guests next doors. You can hear everything. Towels are worn out and stains on bed skirt. Blankets smell.

We were on the spur of the moment Friday night guests. Fortunately, there was a 1 room queen bed available. We had our 3 years old grandchild with us, but decided to stay since it would be for only one night. The hosts were great. We were late arrivals - no problem. Also, we were fortunate again.....a king bed became available. Which was great! The experience was very good. Would stay again!

Parking was very tight but manageable. We found no ice machine, but not a big problem.

I was surprised by the layout and found the separate and large building in the back much nicer than I expected when seeing the small office building in the front. There was nothing run-down about it.

The clerk told me she had upgraded me from two beds to one king size bed, but when I got to the room it was the same as I reserved. It was a little confusing but I really did not lose anything. There was not anything else.
