Loved the room. We did not eat breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. Didn't like that we were on the 3rd floor after requested for a 1st. floor. We just took what we could get.

The door locked on us. We were able to finally get it open. The disposal was making noise. I did report it to the office. On Friday the lady was rude that answered the phone and tried to make things a little difficult when we arrived at 7am. We traveled from another state and the last thing you want to here is that your room was taken and make a new reservation. We had traffic delays and wasn't able to make it by 3am. And we were still charged for Friday. I also requested a 1st. floor and she said nothing was available. But is up on the 3rd. floor.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were very welcoming from arrival to departure. I really need to remember staff names to shout them out especially when they make you feel like family. Breakfast was also good. In addition to the regular food spread, there's also a live station where you can get omelettes (or any special item) made on the spot. There's a bar on site in the lobby/breakfast area. If you like to sip and mingle this is the spot for you. They're quite generous with the liquor as well (HA HA!) If you're an aviation geek like myself you'll enjoy this because it's close to the Addison airport so there are light GA aircraft and business jets passing over often.

The room sizes & comfort was great. Staff was very friendly & when asking for anything they were helpful.

Breakfast was always out or very crowded we were down between 7:30 to 8. Also I always had to ask for clean towels & trash removal.

The rooms were spacious and clean. They upgraded my room on arrival so me and my sister had two big rooms to ourselves. It was beautiful. They also granted us late check out till 1pm.

There were no cooking pots available, although i requested and they got for me but it took a while. Also the kitchen cabinets require some upgrades.

The Breaksfast was really Good and I Love the location it was convenient to Everything. I will recommend and looking forward to staying again. I would give you all 5 ⭐

Well probably we had was getting more tissue it took a few hrs to get sum. Luckily we told them before completely running out. The house keeper couldn't Speak English

well manicured, the pool was amazing but the hot tub was working but had no heat. the front desk staff was super friendly and pleasant. the rooms were exceptionally clean. I will continue to stay here when I travel to the DFW area.

the hot tub worked but wasn’t heated. the basketball court was missing one hoop on a backboard so we couldn’t play full court like we normally do.

Our suite was wonderful. It felt like home since we had a kitchen and living room. Not stuck in just a room.

Our first suite was on the third floor and they moved us to the second floor which was better since three in our group were over 70. It was hard on them. I forgot to request a first floor suite and that an elevator wasn't on the property. Otherwise it was a great stay.

It is a good hotel and is well managed and is in a good location. I stayed for a long period and it was ideal for that duration. Breakfast, and room size were good and the space as so useful for 4 of us.

We initially were given a room that was quite old and looked unkept. So we complained and were given a much better room. So there is room for the management to do better with hotel management.

It was close to everything. The apartment was quiet and neat. They upgraded me to a bigger apartment. Friendly staff. Valerie was very helpful and friendly. Check in was as smooth.

Breakfast options were repetitive. It became boring after a few days.

I was traveling solo with two dogs. This property had an amazing grassy area that was very safe from the busy city. It was the best value, most spacious and comfortable, and the most accepting of my dogs of any of the 5 places I stayed on my road trip. Thank You Hyatt House!!

As with every hotel, the in room coffee is poor and there’s never any real cream available
