We normally stay at the property once or twice a year. As always, the room was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the TV when we got to the room however, the front desk sent someone up and the problem was resolved quickly.

The last two times we stayed at this property, there was a noticeable sewer smell in the hallway near the elevator. Also, the elevator made my wife very uncomfortable. Each and every time we began to approach the top floor, the elevator began to shake and rattle before it came to a stop.

The price and cleanliness and comfortable.

They only came in the room one time and only gave us clean towel and took the trash in the week that we was there. And the morning breakfast staff was rude and disrespectful told my husband 30 minutes before that she was about to clean up and gave him dirty looks and then about 10 other staff member came and took all the breakfast food for themselves. The pool also didn't work

Gentleman that checked us in very professional and nice. Also, gave me information that was helpful. We were able to get a room for the night. Convenient to restaurants. Air conditioner worked great. Able to hook up are fire stick.

Pool was not heated, hot tub out of order.. Was advised when checking in, but we really needed a stay. We still tried the pool, was a little chilly. But would've been nice, if they were working properly. Like it had been before when we stayed in the past..

The room and bathroom were bigger than I thought. Really nice and clean.

When I went to check in I had to wait a couple of minutes for anyone to come to the front desk which is fine. When the woman came from the back, she just looked at me, no hello, how are you or anything. I told her I had a reservation. She asked my name and told me she needed my iD and credit card. I gave them to her, no thank you or anything. She then told me where the elevator was and I asked based on our room the side door would be closer. She didn’t tell me what side door. I just said okay and she went back to looking at her computer screen. She wasn’t rude per-say but she wasn’t nice either.

The front desk staff was great very polite and very professional manly Jennifer she even participated in recording us in a tic tok video she is so awesome very happy that our stay was as perfect to perfection

Nice clean environment Great staff. room was quite nice as well. It was so quiet and as a light sleeper it was definitely a plus. Will return when back in the area

Staff was very welcoming & was always willing to help when needed! Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good!

It was a bummer that the swimming pool was closed, but we went to the other facility and we were still able to swim so we appreciated that. The front of the hotel had a bit of a strong odor that smelled a little bit like body odor before you entered the lobby. But the rest of the hotel and the lobby was very clean!

Ask for juice cups and lady wasn’t very helpful, showed me the coffee cups. Not sure if she understood what I was talking about?

The hotel is nice, room was spacious and well appointed. It was in a perfect location for our needs and easy to get to. Within easy walking distance to several restaurants. On a main road, but did not hear traffic at all.

Breakfast was sparse - waffles, biscuits, powdered eggs, cereal and apples was all. Bathroom could have been cleaner as there were spots on the toilet.

The front desk attendant was very friendly & helpful to us!

Outside parking lights were off. We had a hard time finding the location.
