Location is right on campus, easy to walk around and close to restaurants and stores if you need them. Staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are nice, bathroom vanity has good lighting and the ammenities are great (a decently sized closet space, mini fridge and coffee station).

There was a strange smell when walking into the room, not bad enough to need to ask for a different one but uncomfortable enough to get some room scent spray at a store near by, right before we left we noticed a red stain on the carpet that was probably spillage from a previous guest and a probable cause to the scent.

It’s so much more then the photos , it’s was super nice, and room had a ton of space. Was there for a convention and was only a 6 min drive into downtown Austin , it’s Also very quiet, so if your looking for something live this may not be the place for you, but I’m an introvert so enjoyed the silence. The staff was super nice! House keep was also super sweet and thoughtful.

When we came into the room one of the base boards was off the wall, which didn’t bother us but it’s something to fix.

Location, valet and Gabriels are awesome! love the decor of the hotel lobby and common areas. the outdoor patio is wonderful!

I gave been staying at A T and T since 2010. The lobby and common areas are wonderful. Gabriels is great but needs a cozier setting with more comfortable chairs. I feel like the rooms and bathrooms in the hotel need a facelift, they are pretty outdated. There are not USB plug ins for laptop or phone. a Keurig or Nespresso would be great in the room.

The property itself is beautiful. They have a patio with great outdoor scenery, a coffee shop (which is good and barista was great) in front of windows to their out door patio, the rooms were well kept, customer service was too notch, and very friendly faces.

Personally, I had an issue with valet and found out that the valet is a different company not associated with the hotel so hotel wasn’t able to fix the issue. It became a little frustrating as it seemed like there were many obstacles I had ti go throw in order to get to the right person, but overall hotel staff still offered an extra line of communication and were very understands towards everything. Thankfully, the issue was resolved.

AT&T Hotel & Conference Center is perfectly located for exploring the Capitol, UT campus, or downtown Austin. The rooms are comfortable and there are nice common areas both inside and out. We especially like the courtyard that has plenty of seating for gathering with friends. Staff are always very friendly and the parking rate for guests is much cheaper than other hotels.

Very nice and clean facility on the UT campus. 20-minute walk to downtown and the Colorado River. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, and it had an in room safe for valuables. Breakfast was great with a super buffet or a la Carte options. The location was easy to find and 2 minutes off hwy 35. The staff were friendly and helpful but a little too professional. I mean that they really wouldn't engage in friendly banter. They were pleasant, helpful, polite, and smiling, but I personally had the impression that We were just another guests.

Outside of the feeling that I was just another guest, I really liked this property and would gladly book here again if ever back in Austin.

Love how clean the room and hotel is. Lobby smells so good! It's perfectly located near UT and walking distance to restaurants esp if you're looking for Asian food. Self parking was only $21 a day which is good value compared to some hotels in downtown. Beds are comfy.

Nothing really. Didn't try their pool and restaurants so I don't have any feedback about it.

We love the location for UT games, the comfort of the beds, good AC is always important, the blackout shades for sleeping, THE BATHTUB, the soft towels, room service and the staff. We always have a great sleep here.

No stopper in the tub? But staff is always quick to bring us one. We have not eaten there in awhile but after games it's a wait for food of course. And it is so hard to get a room some weekends, no way around that.

Customer service was top notch. Every single staff member that I met was warm, attentive, and super helpful. My son left his tablet in the room after we checked out and didn't let us know about it until 3 days later. The front desk connected me to Daniel in Lost and Found, who sent it back to us via UPS next day! We received it, Daniel! Thank you so much! We will definitely be returning here when we visit again.

The beds can be a bit firmer, too soft. Same for the pillows. Pillows can be firmer and wider.

The location (literally on campus) is reason enough to be satisfied; but the overall hotel and room comfort/amenities and the awesome hospitality and friendliness of the valet, bell, front desk, staff, bartenders etc is the reason we are very satisfied and will definitely stay here again!! One of the best 5 star hotel experiences we have had!
