The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. It's in a good location and walking distance to many things.

There has been construction going on for months - not only around the building but on nearby streets. Some streets are blocked off or made one-way so it can be confusing trying to drive through and around (even for Uber drivers). It can be difficult to get around the building in a car because of the construction, there was no parking except for $49 a day valet parking, and the construction outside of the room was quite loud, particularly during the early hours of the morning.

The location was convenient for me as it’s close to the University of Texas at Austin’s museums and the LBJ Presidential Library and to the state capitol. The rooftop offers a fantastic view of downtown Austin and the Capitol. The hotel staff were helpful and cheerful (Fernando and Freddy were especially cheery and they both have a delightful sense of humor). My room was very comfortable.

The restaurant menu wasn’t very extensive. Not a major issue for me as I ate out with friends on several occasions but on the times I dined in, I would have liked more choices.

The food at the restaurant was really good. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was much needed. Our check in staff and bartender/server for dinner were wonderful.

We were under the impression parking was included, but it valet only through the hotel. The valet service also owned the small lot across the street. We ended up parking overnight in a garage down the street to pay half the cost. The rates were pretty expensive through the valet and not convenient. We also had connectivity issues with the wifi at the hotel.

The staff was wonderful, they were so friendly, fun and helpful. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The rooftop view is incredible, and it is pretty quiet, so lovely to just chill out. The lobby is lovely and there is a nice bar. The hotel is very close to the capitol, it's about a 10min walk. The walk to central downtown is a bit further, approximately 30-40min, but by uber/car it would probably be less than 10min. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Not really something I disliked strongly, but the rooftop had no active bar or anything happening. We were looking forward to have a drink on the rooftop, but found out that throughout the workweek there is not really anything happening. Regardless, there were lounge chairs there and the view was amazing, so we could still enjoy it.

We really loved the view from the rooftop! It's spectacular that space, and very comfortable! The room was impeccable and very clean! Everything worked fine at our room. The hotel location is really good, near the capitol. The analog bar is awesome! We really enjoyed our stay. The personal at reception, at breakfast and at the bar are exceptionals!

The breakfast is limited compared with other Hilton Hotels, or compared with another hotels. They don't have waffles. They just had pancakes one of the three days we were there. And the parking is $45 per night, a little bit expensive, and it's only valet parking.

the room was comfortable, staff was friendly. it’s pretty centrally located in downtown austin & walking distance from some really great restaurants/cafes.

the wi-fi was very spotty & we couldn’t watch anything on the tv because of it. also (i know it’s no fault of the hotel’s or the staff but) the construction right in front made the parking/valet situation pretty difficult & annoying. maybe the valet podium could be moved away from the construction?

Impeccably clean rooms, comfortable beds and quiet. Easy access to all major locations, easy to find and walk to.

Front desk staff was very rude. Out of three front desk stff members, one was busy attending another customer, one of them didnt acknowledge we were standing there waiting to be checked in, and the woman that checked us in didnt even greet us. First thing she said was "Whats your last name?" and then proceeded to really quickly run down all the rules and security deposit info, gave me my card and that was that. Warmer greetings and manners would be appreciated and go a long way since they are the first encounter when stepping into the hotel.

The location was great!

They had no snacks in their snack kitchen, they had no directories or places to visit, the hotel had little to no amenities (not even coffee), no pool, and they staff seemed confused about many things. Which for a price of almost $1,000 I would have hoped that there would be some free amenities and staff that were aware of the area and at least some knowledge for tourist. The staff were nice, but seemed pretty clueless about the area and hotel things.

The staff member who helped me check in was amazing. I really wish I could remember his name but he was very friendly. I had a rough trip and was tired and crying by the time I got to the hotel but this staff member made my evening and helped make the entire process much easier.

The location was just difficult the get around, but I’m not used to city driving so that was stressful. The valet was typically fast but when checking out in the morning it took longer than expected and was irritating waiting outside.

location was great,very friendly staff specially front desk and whatever i requested like high floor with an excellent city view was given to me.Room was spacious and bed was comfy.

pls next time provide more shampoo and lotion according to the occupants of the room.would prefer cleaning of rooms after 2 days.
