Every staff member I came in contact with was kind, and accommodating. Sunny checked me in and went above and beyond with his customer service. And Pearla checked me out. She was kind and helpful. As far as the room, it was very very clean...and I'm picky! And they had breakfast as well which consisted of several choices both hot and cold. I will be staying here again, thanks EconoLodge staff!

I didn't like that there was not access to the ice machine but the lady at front desk didn't hv a problem when I asked for 2 bucket fulls. I took my cooler right into the lobby and dumped em in my cooler. The beds were nice. My wife freaked out cuz there's was a long black hair on our sheet but it looked to me like it came from the dryer while laundering & it wasnt a "pube" hair or THAT would've got to me. Its was jus a hair from somebody's head. My wife saw it & said the sheets probably weren't washed, but like I said, I think it came from the dryer. No big deal. If that was my entire problem...that ain't much to complain about. The air worked great. The floors were clean oh yeah AND THE ROOM WAS NOT PUTRIFIED NICOTINE STENCH. Ive had "non-smoking" rooms b4 that made my head POUND from the nasty nicotine stench and THIS room smelled like the motel had JUS BEEN BUILT. IT SMELLED GREAT. Oh yeah, also usually u get to a room & the a/c is off until u walk n the room but when we walked in it was like a comfortable 65°. Was very nice room at a reasonable price.

Really nothing here was bad so I hv Nothing to complain about.

The room was big and spacious. It had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot, Ironing board and iron. The manager was very nice. The ice machine and vending machine was destroyed, so it was locked up. The man in charged went in his place and his wife brought ice out from their own refrigerator!

The only thing that was not great were the pillows, not much too them. It would have been nice to have more than waffles or danish for breakfast.

Great breakfast!! Absolute best find like 10-15 minutes away from downtown Austin, with clean and no frills service! I loved it and very nice economical option. Book this for sure if you're solo traveling or even with friends, its a very chill spoT!

The manager staff was really great! They treated us like a family. Me and my wife are really thankful to the manager Mr. Sunny for being such a great and nice person!

The staff was friendly. Rooms looked nice. It was very clean. Like that they offer breakfast. Price is reasonable.

Small area to eat breakfast. A little more variety for breakfast. Maybe add eggs and cereal and milk as options.
