the facilities were wonderful. The pool area was the best. The decor was so ecclectic and a pleasure to be around.

The restaurant made an extremely bad coffee that I couldn't drink. A shock to be charged $6.50! I was a little concerned with the location, I was warned by the locals and others living in Dallas that behind the hotel is an area that I shouldn't walk in due to high crime. This was a little disconcerting for a female solo traveller.

The hotel was so much fun. Artsy, dark, unique. It was perfectly me. There's lots to look at everywhere. Definitely cozy, bed was comfortable, fun decorations, some even for sale. I didn't have a chance to enjoy their dinner or breakfast, but the coffee at the place, just outside, very good. The hotel is downtown, so expect to pay to park in their own private lot, but easy to pay, and much cheaper than most, which is a bonus. I would not walk places based where it's at, but that's just me. However, i will definitely be staying there again!!

A little far to walk places.

The hotel art was really cool. Lots of places to take pics. My daughter loved the little window in the elevator to watch it. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfy. It was too cold for the pool area but will definitely come back again.

Didn’t completely like how you have to pay for parking. It’s not like this is Vegas or NYC but I understand cause it is downtown. Also the area it’s in, there’s a homeless shelter nearby and lots of homeless people everywhere which was sad to see but there was a police officer in the parking lot and we always felt safe. There is nothing within short walking distance either for additional food options. The AT&T center is close and you can get to it walking if you knew where to go.

The interior decor was beautiful and lively. The room was superb and clean. The outdoor pool area was nicely put together.

The receptionist, male white or Hispanic with the thick mustache that stands at the register by the steps was RUDE. The gentleman response was very snappy and unpleasant. He also spoke rudely to my friends. Upon observing him with other guests that was not African American, they were greeted with ease and respect. Upon speaking with staff, they advised that it is unknown of what his issue was with certain guests of color. The owner of the business might need to have a conference with that gentleman and get opinions from other staff that observe his actions daily.

I love this hotel. Super fun decor, my style, everywhere you look, there is something different. Love the quotes and art everywhere. Beds are comfortable, everything is nice. Staff is nice, restaurant is good, only had breakfast there though, taco Enzo has good coffee as well.

My second stay here was a little more disappointing, but not enough to make me not want to come back. The outlet for the refrigerator and coffee maker didn't work, so I couldn't keep my food cold, and the shower had a very OBVIOUS amount of hair in it. No microwave, which is a bummer as well. Otherwise, I love love love this hotel!

The concierge women where so helpful for my wife and my self problem with the AC was fixed immediately

I stayed for a few days but the gentleman at the front desk on the 2nd day was very unprofessional I asked to speak to a manager he said he was I forgot his name but the through out our conversation he just looked at the computer I asked for another night he sighed as if it was a hassle and then said it was gonna be double the room rate so I complied my wife was upset but unfortunately I think just because the way I was dressed coming from the pool that gentleman didn't think I could afford it

I really liked the restaurant and bar. The lobby was nice and clean. The pool was the highlight. We enjoyed the music, the ambiance, and most definitely enjoyed the cigar lounge. The room was smaller than expected however it was clean. Complimentary water in the room was a plus. I liked the ramp to the elevators from the lobby. We will stay here again next year.

There was no microwave available. I wasn't aware of the extra charges at check-in.The front staff person that checked us in wasn't very friendly, however the check-out person was very nice.

I loved the design and decor, plus the history of the hotel. Especially of the Escape Room, AKA the Tina Turner suite. I loved that the entire hotel felt like a art museum. The food, both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The beds were comfortable, assuring a good nights rest.

It wasn't really a big deal but if I have to mention something, then I would mention the location — and that is not the fault of the hotel or anything the hotel could do. We were there for Unleashed LGBTQ+ event. Most of the event was held at Gilley's, which was a bit of a walk.

Staying here is an adventure in it self this place is a jewl. I celebrated my birthday here! The rooms are so very nice and clean The ambiance of the entire hotel was wonderful. It's a place where Art & Love meets. We're two individuals love to be in our room so it was perfect for us. Room Service was awesome and breakfast was wonderful.

Okay I was warned that the room I chose because of the view was near the freeway and you could hear the vehicles. BUT IT WAS MY CHOICE yet the room was still very nice. NOT A COMPLAINT just a warning.. Please don't let this bit of information cause you to miss out on a very wonderful experience. Because we're coming back again if you love art you will appreciate your time spent in this hotel.

The space itself was amazing, the interior design surprised me in a good way. The accessories used to decor the whole space from the entrance to the rooms makes it very unique! I don't know what type of design they followed, but is very different, beautiful and full of spots for nice pictures! The scent of the lobby is amazing too! I loved it.

The only thing I disliked was the fact that I had to pay extra fee using a 3rd party website for parking. For a hotel like that and the value, it would be much easier if the parking fee was already included in the stay or at least could be charged by the hotel at checkin as well. It's a little bit of inconvenience use a 3rd party source for such simple thing.
