We have stayed here a few times and its been great for what we need. The front desk staff is always so helpful and friendly which I really appreciate.

The room itself is a great space high ceilings and relatively quiet the only negative this trip was the sofa was filthy. Almost looked like someone was either sick or food spilled on it. It was a long day so we didn't bother complaining we just didn't use it. Also the price was quite high as we had just stayed at a place in Costa Mesa CA which was less and was a high end huge room plus private yard.

Facilities were great. Everything in the room was clean. Location was a walk away from Clasico bar which was delicious. Staff was helpful.

The pet fee was $100. My total went from $154 originally to $270ish. There is a $10-$12 parking fee just to park in their open parking lot with no additional security measures.

It was clean. Hotel we booked at was really bad they did not want to refund us (La Vista Inn) not a safe place to stay. I’m happy we were able to stay at Springhill Suites

Nothing wrong by kids and wife were comfy and happy.

The location was excellent. The room was clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience and I would most definitely stay there again.

the location is convenient as it right off the freeway. the room is a good size and is comfortable. the bed was comfortable. overall it was clean.

the day we left the elevator was broken - this was the only downside. we didn’t have a lot of luggage but if we did this would have been a struggle. the cost was also more expensive than the last time we stayed last year. it is also a large contributor to not staying there on our way back to California.

Room wad good. Big enough for the 4 of us. Love the pool and hot tub. So nice that it's open late. Thr breakfast was good. Nice selection. Staff very friendly. Location was great. Just perfect overall.

The room itself was huge; I liked having a separate living space apart from the super comfortable bed. Everything felt modern and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. And after many hotel stays on my trip it was nice having a couple of warm food options for once (although there were several dining options within a short walk of the hote).

The only minor annoyance I had was with the a/c unit being relatively loud and having to run constantly because the room itself was so big. I don't mind a little white noise while sleeping, but while watching TV or reading it was slightly too much. Speaking of the TV, the positioning/angle from both the bed and the couch were a little awkward. Overall though there wasn't really any negatives.

Very comfortable stay! Very clean and great hot breakfast with COVID precautions. Staff serve your breakfast and we’re generous.

At check in there is parking fees, incidentals fees (refunded if not used but charged to a credit card used so takes many days to track said refund). Booking.com listed 136$ a night and ended up 186$ fir the one nights stay.
