Location, very good hot breakfast, quiet room despite right next to the freeway, very comfortable bed, and spacious room.

The building was unique and secure but not enough lights at night to going through the gates, and walking distance to the front desk and the breakfast area. No drain stopper on the sink, not enough towels for two. bathroom was small compared to the size of room.

The room was cramped and and the bathroom/ shower area was claustrophobic. An annoying problem was that the area where one went to get coffee had nothing but cold carafes. The whole hotel seemed like a dying property (maybe during football season it livens up).

Beds were comfortable location was good.

For the price... breakfast should have been included. It was quite dark getting back to our room. More lighting was needed in walkways.

. Small shower/bathtub room. Tub was very slippery, I was very concerned about falling. The morning breakfast which they led you to believe was free was not free, you had to buy it. We went to McDonald's for breakfast.

We felt safe in the hotel. The room was very spacious & met our needs well.

The lighting over the sink was very poor. Looked very nice but was too dark to see in the mirror.

i stay here every time I come to El Paso. Facility, People and Location are Great! I sincerely recommend to those that travel to El Paso and need a great West side hotel!

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was very nice...ok bathroom. The Kurig(?) coffe and coffee maker were a fabulous edition. Morning coffee was super. Beds and pillows...firm and soft...labeled were very nice.

Both ice makers were not working...bummer, it when I. Moment Ed the next morning the front desk advised that they would have personally brought ice to my room...I was too tired to worry about it the night before. We stayed in a. Bottom floor room and were able to park outside the room, but were not able to get a luggage cart. The rooms are clustered in ‘villas’ so the set up was aesthetically pleasing, but I would think someone with handicapping conditions would find getting to the room and lobby a bit of a challenge. Breakfast was served, but we chose to for go it since it wasn’t grab-in-go and get on the road instead.

Rooms were spacious. Clean, and comfortable beds. Location is near a Casino, and malls with lots of stores/ restaurants. Not to mention the view was amazing.

They did not serve complimentary breakfast. Coffee was always cold. When asked if they were going to make fresh, they said it would be another hour or so. Granted this was 7am in the morning.

The location was nice the staff was extremely helpful!

it was hard to navigate. Some of the stairs had caution tape across them and I don’t know why. Do you labyrinth experience was cumbersome.

The location

The room we booked was not available they gave us a different room with a staircase without asking if it was ok. We waited outside our room with our kid at 9 pm of the check in due to keys not working.
