They spacious room and very cleanliness but not only that I was very impressed with the style and look of the room and it's improvement since I stayed back in 4/2022!! RRI west you have achieved high standards and quality to become one of the best 5 stars but keep the price as is don't change that and you will see what I mean Thanks for the best stay I've had I Appreciate you and your staff.... Not enough hot water in shower lol other then that was perfect .thank you...

We were traveling with dogs when our ac was struggling in the extreme heat... they allowed pets and let us get in early to get them out of the heat. No huge pet fees. Really appreciate that. Thank you! It was located near Walmart and Home Depot which allowed us to replenish supplies and pick up a stand alone ac for our van.

Location easy to get to from hospital.Price, clean room upon arrival in 2nd room

Got put in a room first that hadnt been cleaned and had to move. My stay was four nights this time and my room was not serviced at all the whole time no clean towels brought no trash taken out at all during my stay

Location is on west side which is the quieter side of El Paso but lots of places near by. Front desk staff was the best. She was nice, helpful, and very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean.

Facilities could use some upggrading like the hallways and bathrooms etc. but not terrible.

No laundry facility. TV channels have nothing interesting to watch. No HBO or similar! Most hotels do provide this!! Room not cold enough.

I was told " I had too much traffic?" I do not understand this? I was asked to leave and I was told" I had to list every guests name?" I had two: husband & cousin. My father just passed & condolences were given. The staff was extremely rude. I felt it was more to do with my son who is autistic? Wrong anyway you look at it.

staff and inconsistent comments on how to " rent a room?" Bizarre.

The person in charge was real receptive, understood my situation traveling from out of town. And went out of her way to accommodate me. I have high praise for her. Didn't get her name but it was the person who check me in the day of my 3 day stay.

If a person is traveling from out of state. Their should be a way a person can check in earlier than the 3 o'clock.

Close to several stores easy access

That there were only 2 towels the top blanket was dirty and the floor was not mop the sink was broken on the little ug where to push to hold the water n to release the water. Also fridge was dirty

Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Pool was closed for maintenance the entire weekend my daughter and I were there.

great location. the gentleman at the front desk was so polite.

the stair cases do need a good cleaning.
