Myra was great, I informed her of a tiny issue and she came up & checked it out, didn't get it to work and immediately with no hesitation she changed my room. Lucrida (housekeeping) was AMAZING and SUPER SWEET! Loved her vibe. Breakfast was good and ladies kept everything super clean.

The Hotel is located inside a shopping mall, in the back of a parking lot, near other restaurants and shops. This looks like a new Hotel with clean and spacious room and with a good price.

The air conditioner thermostat located in the wall was not working to adjust the temperature. We had to call the Front Desk and the Front Desk advised to use the controls in the air conditioner itself. They explained that they didn't synchronize the A/C machine to the wall thermostat yet. Maybe this was because the Hotel is newly constructed, but it was an inconvenience. The controls in the A/C did not work properly as well, so we had to call the Front Desk again, and this time the representative came to our room and adjusted the A/C temperature for the night.

The receptionist when we checked in on Saturday afternoon, December 16, was EXCEPTIONALLY nice. She was welcoming and made sure that we were all set before we went up to our rooms. FANTASTIC ~ I did not catch her name, I am sorry to say.

Really, all was great!

Very clean. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Little cafe/bar downstairs. Good breakfast options and Starbucks coffee.

Little hard to find it amongst the big Mall-like area. Once there everything was fine.

Room was modern and well designed. Good access to major roads and amenities. Breakfast was as expected, nothing fancy but adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Bed was a little to firm for our tastes but still slept well.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and it was a very quiet and peaceful hotel, which is what I needed. Also, I enjoyed the many options for breakfast. Spot on!!

The room was clean and the decor was updated. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked so well, I had to turn it down.

There were a lot of clicking noises. It sounded as though someone kept trying to open door, but it could have been the a/c unit. I'm a light sleeper, so I didn't sleep well.

The room was very clean and I love the big walk in shower. The bed was extra comfortable.. the staff was very professional and courteous. The atmosphere was awesome. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in

Not your fault at all but hotel prices are just so high these days. We would travel a lot more if we could have lower rates

Clean, comfortable, and the evening desk lady who checked me in was SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL. However, the desk lady who came in at 6am was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. She was on my floor being nosey and making noise for at least 15 minutes before calling me only for her to find out I had already extended my stay. She tampered with the Internet TV, and when I called for assistance she yelled at me I asked her to please watch her tone. Clearly she had some sort of issue with me. Besides, her attitude and the lack of housekeeping to ask if I needed services while I am standing in the doorway of my room she rolled on by and serviced the room across from me, that oddly a couple check out of at 5:30 am but now at noon there's another couple in the room and the housekeeper knocked and they just wanted bathroom services 🤔. Some strange things on this daytime shift. But the hotel is still very nice.
