I enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast that was included with my stay included a fresh made omelet station. I plan on staying at this property again.

The pool and hot tub area showed signs of neglect. The pool tile needed a good scrub.The hot and the pool could use a refresh; the paint has worn the lifts are rusty and uninviting. The furniture is sub par in this area compared to the rest of the hotel.

The location was great and beds were comfortable with the rooms being spacious. Free waffles and omelets for breakfast. Indoor pool and hot tub. Nice outdoor sitting.

The rooms felt humid and didn’t feel like it cooled at all. The breakfast staff/ Starbucks employees were not friendly. House keeping knocked on my door at 8am. Was kind of upset due to waking me up early and trying to get me out when check out is at 12pm.

The room looked nice and clean and had a great set up. And the room had plenty of space.

There was no microwave if you wanted to stay in and have a movie night (it's possible we missed some sort of area where a microwave was available to use) and the website didnt list that there was an indoor pool so we didn't pack for it. Wouldve been nice to use.

Breakfast was great. Omelet station, waffle station. Great lounge to hang out in when you get tired of the room. The room was spacious and swanky with a nice view. Ordered Mexican from Rio Mambo right next door and pampered myself all weekend. Was given a room right next to the elevator and ice machines. Great for a staycation!

My mini fridge was broken or something. It wasn't on and I had to replug it in to get it to kick on every few hours or so. Maybe I didn't know how to work it but all of my cold stuff was ruined. That was really the only gripe.

Property was close to lots of restaurants, stores and had plenty of parking. The beds were super comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had lots of food choices and was delicious.

We had to extend our 10 day stay an additional night due to illness. Hotel would not honor our 10 day nightly rate for the additional night. The rate was increased by $25+ for the additional night. Since we had greater than a 7 night stay I thought the hotel would recognize our loyalty to their brand and honor our original booking room rate.

Breakfast was amazing, clean room, hallways and entry, comfy, quiet, good location

Staff seemed distracted or like they didn't care to talk to us at the check in desk, but were nice enough.

It was very clean, the room very comfy, and the breakfast was awesome

The only thing I can say was the position of the tv, but that was ok too

This facility had a great indoor pool and hot tub. I really loved the fire pit.

One of the elevators made a scratchy sound and freaked me out at times

Besides the bathroom being a little dirty, I really enjoyed our stay. The beds could have been softer but still enjoyed the room and space. The pool and hot tub where nice as well.

The rooms weren't as clean as I would have liked especially in the bathroom. I noticed the floor was dirty and the toilet wasn't cleaned well under the lid underneath. I thought the breakfast should have more complimentary options for drinks. They only offered milk. I ended up paying over $8 for two juices.

The handicap shower an accessible was very wonderful and the size of the room was very comfortable and great in size keep up the good work the staff was awesome thanks

Have a microwave in the room with disabilities it hard to go back and forth to the front desk area
