The location was great for work

First and foremost the staff were quite racist. The place needed cleaned, blood hair and roaches in the rooms that we were in. The bed had not been made and was dirty from the last tenant. And we were promised a refund for our remaining part of our stay and never received it.

The location was great for what we needed. The event was only 2 minutes away, with plenty of food close by. I didn't have my IHG card with me and the woman at the front desk found my account and gave me my number and added my points.

Staff very friendly. Beds very comfortable.

Tub was dirty. When my grandson took a shower there was soap scrum floating in water from previous use. Carpets not cleaned behind a chair. Beer cap found on carpet when I had to plug in pole lamp. Didn't see staff next morning changing sheets in other rooms vacated. I wonder if fresh sheets placed on beds for next set of people.

It was good. I wish there had been grated cheese to add to the scrambled eggs. The bacon was good and I like the cinnamon roll and decaf coffee.

I would have liked a full length mirror in the room so I could have used it while the bathroom was being used.

The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable. Enough pillows.

The ice machine right opposite to my room was too noisy. It attracted people even after midnight. Those customers were too loud. They need to respect other customers ' right.

Location is quiet safe. Erika is a very sweet person. Very professional and kind. Errol made sure my room was clean and gave me extra towels and shampoo with a smile. He is the nicest housekeeper I've ever met. Thank you!

I have nothing negative to say.

It was not far from my daughter and grandkids.

WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH HOT WATER MY HUSBAND AND I HAD TO WAIT TO SHOWERS. YOU WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL REAL LATE LIKE 12NOON AY NIGHT YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 11PM. YOU CANT TURN ON THE WATER AT THE SINK WHILE IN THE SHOWER. Water dripped all day I told the front desk. The lady said that she will tell the plumber”””””””””” when after we leave WOW

The kids enjoyed the pool, good grab and go breakfast, very clean hotel and room and spacious bathrooms. Staff was very friendly.

There is only one elevator. I'm in a wheelchair so sometimes the wait was longer for it especially if there was already a group of people in there.

Check in was fast, staff was friendly, the beds were soft, room was clean, and the food was delicious. Nice atmosphere felt very safe being there with 2 of my daughters. Thank you so much.

Hotel is awesome! Staff friendly and great! Room clean and very nice!

Lots of construction and some noise with that. Just need to finish the construction.
