Great bathrooms and bedding. Air conditioning great. Very close to our venue. Friendly and excellent staff. Valets were great and gave us cold btls of water all the time.

Only one restaurant for such a big place. Needs a good bar for drinks. You had to pay for most of the shade by the pool by renting a cabana. Elevators either broken or slow.

The hotel was above average. There have been some nice updates to the lobby area, dining areas and the guest rooms. The elevators, hallways and some other areas of the hotel show its age. We were there to golf and it was nice that you could check in to the course from the lobby directly vs having to drive over to the pro shop. Beds were comfortable as always with westin, bathroom was basic, but nice finishes and clean. We stayed in a room with a walk out patio, which was a nice add on...though it was kind of a depressing concrete area overlooking the parking lot, could use some plants or something. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. Coffee shop downstairs was very convenient and reasonably fast.

Only real issue we had was with our golf tee time. We'd asked for rental clubs and there was a mix up in getting them from the course pro shop to the hotel pro shop. It took a long time to resolve and we ended up teeing off about an hour late. They did comp our club rental fees after a fair amount of negotiation and escalation of the issue.

We stay frequently as a mini get away and they always impress. We will definitely stay again.

We didn't realize when we booked the stay there were 3 weddings that weekend so it was quite busy. We had to wait for the elevator several times and the noise level was pretty high, that being said, the staff was very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The bar was always full but the bar tenders still made us feel like we were the only ones there.

This hotel is very nice when you walk in. As with most hotels you see the unkempt parts once you stay but that's usual. It's in a good location and in the summer the pool is nice.

Parking is weird. Very limited close up and strange signs in annex saying will be towed but no clear marking of from what point. Too many dogs in a row of rooms on our floor. I mean who goes to a hotel to leave their dogs in the room?

The room was very comfortable and clean. Parking was free!

It got hot at night, but that might have something to do with the 105 degree heat that day. Also, they charge a $25 per person resort fee, but you won’t know that until you check in. You can spend it anywhere at the resort, but it would have been nice to know before arrival.

The location was great, many wonderful restaurants and shopping close by. The staff were exceptional!!!! Marcus and Tanner are the BEST!!!! They gave us exceptional customer service, extremely friendly!!!! We will definitely stay here again.

Nothing. It was a great resort, and a wonderful weekend getaway

The hotel has a nice location. It was close to a lot of places such as restaurants and grocery stores. They have free parking. Our room was sparkling clean. We asked for more pillows and they provided it with no additional cost. I like the gym. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the pool but just looking at it and being by it, was relaxing and calming enough. Efficient elevator services. Nice lobby and there’s a cafe and restaurant on the 1st floor. We didn’t get to try it though. We checked out earlier than expected so they only charged us half a day for that day.

The room looked empty. I thought it was lacking some furniture and decor. We got some take out food and there’s no table where we can put the food on inside the room.

The food was amazing- the guy at the omelette station was so kind!! Our waiter was super friendly as well. Lots of food & drink options!

only negative mark is, the host was kinda bland… not a lot of personality at all.

The Starbucks trained coffee maker at the downstairs cafe makes a mean cup of coffee and caramel macchiato 👍🏻 Food at both available restaurants is rich and flavorful with a variety that allows simple or so much more. 😋 The hotel is top notch, that’s why we keep coming back 👍🏻 A+

All three elevators? There was a large wedding (so beautiful and the Indian drums were a real treat) and there were only two of them in operation. Not a bad thing all around because we got to spark up conversation with new friends. I was delighted 😊

They went the extra mile - very attentive

Road construction nearby made exiting the parking lot difficult. But this will be over soon & was outside the hotels control. Nearly perfect in every other way!
