My room was cozy and comfortable, making for a great stay overall. Right in front of the hotel, there's a fantastic sushi place worth trying
For some reason, the hotel reception couldn't find in their system that I had booked and paid for breakfast. They asked to see the booking, and once I showed it, everything was sorted

First of all the friendliness of staff! Miss Heinz even knew my name and would greet me. Loved the cleanliness and how they also kept the lobby clean.
Would have liked a refrigerator in our room. The microwave was a plus. Unfortunately because of the China virus they had no coffee in the lobby.

I was extremely pleased with the young ladies that greeted me at the reservation desk, the young lady in the restaurant and the waitstaff the next morning during breakfast. The room was good size, well furnished and clean. My overall stay was exceptional, for which I would have expected to pay a higher price!
There was not anything to dislike! I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. I will not hesitate to stay again while in the metroplex and to recommend the Sheraton to all my friends, family and co-workers.
