The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the layout of the main room, the ottoman, the abundance of charging ports, and the kitchen area. The carpet tiles are great and seem cleaner than plush carpet from years gone by. The television was a nice size. The main room was spacious and clean. The a/c unit did a good job. The soap and shampoo in the shower is a really nice touch. The adjustable showerhead was awesome. The water was nice and hot. Loved the tap key entry. The bed itself was comfortable.

The bathroom felt small due to the layout of the huge door. The TV remote did not work for the guide. The coffee maker was mediocre and there weren't enough coffee pods for our two morning stay. The bedding was not that great - it was soft but the bottom sheet came off easily, the sheets were frayed at the ends, and the comforter kept sliding off the bed. The pillows were too soft for a side sleeper and there were only three for two people.

The room was very cool and comfortable in the middle of a heat wave. The kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was polite, helpful and friendly.

My only complaint is that I wish they had safes in the rooms. We improvised with a bike lock on a cabinet.

Very well kept place!!! Wonderful housekeeping services !!! Daily vacuuming and moping . Bed made everyday!!!! Provide supplies everyday !!!!! Great breakfast!!!!! Nice room and bedding !!!!! Comfort bedding and pillows!!!! Staff was great as well !!!!

Loved it breakfast was well above the standard hotel fair. Staff were really attentive and friendly. Gym and pool were both clean and both were great for the price

Location was not really next too much but we had a car and didn’t bother us.

Very close to the Legacy West shopping area and Gradscape, which are very entertaining places where family can spend nice evening hours together. Good breakfast, very x3 friendly staff, good Wi-Fi speed, and nice outdoor swimming pool open late until 10 PM. My kids (age 4-13) gave 10/10!

I saw some ants in a room, but the room was in general clean.

The hotel was very clean with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was tasty and had a great selection of items. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was neat and well kept. The rooms look very modern and are spacious. The bed was comfortable , we slept well. The entire room was spotless. This is my favorite place to stay of all time.

There was nothing I didn’t like

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at! From the blue Lysol seal on the door letting you know the room was disinfected (and TV remote) to the super-soft beds and spacious rooms-it was amazing! Figured out too late that there were dishes in the dishwasher and a portable cooking stove is avaliable upon request. The room had a hair dryer, iron, full fridge and freezer, and LOTS of space to put all your travel bags and items you need to use. It was my first time at a Hilton hotel, and Home 2 Suites hotel, but I will defintely be staying in more to come! The Plano location really set the bar HIGH!!!

I thought the front check-in lady was a guest at the hotel because she was sitting down at the table on the side on her phone then was talking to me from the table after I approached the check-in area so I was a bit defensive because I didn't see a badge on her clothes.
