The manager name Hanna Cao, was very helpful for when I had called the hotel a few weeks ahead of time to ask questions, such as eating establishments the area. The hotel was conveniently located near the freeway. The eating area was kept neat and clean. I like that they had the apples wrapped in plastic wrap, so that no one hands could just freely touch each apple.

It is a small matter but the breakfast link sausage could have been a little browner and I wished that bacon was on the menu. But the breakfast was very decent and good.

Breakfast was very adequate and had everything we wanted for a free breakfast. The coffee was great! The location was good for the value of the room. Our stay was for the purpose of the Final Four so it was a little out of our way and we had to navigate the complicated Houston highway system, but it was worth it for the good value.

Had to ask the front desk to get our towels changed and for extra toilet paper. We stayed 4 nights and the cleaning ladies didn't attend to our room everyday to see if we had adequate bathroom supplies.

I was very impressed at how easily accessible the property was from the highway and the overall cleanliness of the room that was booked for my stay. The carpet was amazingly clean. Normally I keep my shoes on when walking around in my room but the carpet looked new or well maintained. Very impressed. Staff were kind and professional. There was not a lot of noise or children running down hallways, so if you are looking to relax, this is a great place. This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely revisit in the future.

The only thing I did not like was that the water in the bathroom sink and shower did not get hot enough. The water was warm but not hot when turn all the way on.

So I've read some of the comments in the reviews and much of the negative remarks are during the pandemic, which I feel is a little unfair - I couldn't find much to complain about on my visit. We had a deluxe room which was BIG! A large lounge area, two queen size beds, a big bathroom with two basins and space to swing two cats. Some aspects of the room were a little dated, but it seemed as if it had had a minor makeover with some newer fixtures and furniture. The bathroom had definitely had a recent refurbishment and was very clean and modern. Good breakfast - Not a huge choice but adequate and something for everyone; Good WiFi; Tea/coffee in the room; Convenient location with some local shops/restaurants nearby; Rooms are clean; Ample parking and Friendly staff

No complimentary water in room is an oversight; A/C was a little noisy at times; Rooms quite warm

The breakfast is one portion of this trip that I enjoy the most. The food is delicious and I'm home missing it now.

I enjoyed all of this. I felt at home, and well taken care of. All of the staff were courteous, friendly, helpful a joy to communicate with. I miss you all tremendously.

There is always somebody very attentive at the front desk. Hannah greeted me as I walked in and quickly took care of business and told me about all of the amenities and where they were. She even chased me down with my receipt because I walked away too quickly, excited to get to our room and relax. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The pool was clean and well-kept. And the rooms were immaculate.

If I had to put something I didn't like I just wish there was more coffee in the hotel room lol. But there was two packets of regular and two packets of decaf which is per usual with most hotels. However, on the plus side, they had hot select coffees downstairs 24/7.

Staff

The breakfast area was filthy. No food.. not clean. Food was everywhere on the floor.. counters and table. Only one guy was working alone.kids under 13 running around. No supervision. Made a mess Playing with pancake machine leaving stacks of them not to be eaten. I have been staying their for 5 years and I have never experienced this. My family and I left the property to get Breakfast. Very disappointed Side Note- I LOVE MARIA....LOL

The morning breakfast was very good, but one of the machine was broken, and that's what i wanted the most, the workers was very nice, and did a wonderful job getting the food ready, but ran out of beacon but that was ok.

The check in person did-not tell me the couch was a pull-out, and not knowing that i went to bed on the floor, if i had known that info, would have been great, how you don't remember to tell your guest that important info.

Breakfast was great. Hot with eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal and more. On Sunday, they included waffles. Cold offers included cereal, muffins, yogurt, fruit ant others. The staff was very kind; front desk and housekeepers, both, were very helpful and accommodating. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Great job, Comfort Suites

The usual challenges with hotel internet was about the same here. During the daytime hours, WiFi seemed more responsive, but lag in the evenings often made it difficult to use effectively for much more than email.

1) courteous and friendly managers on duty during all shifts. 2) clean suite- Valentina did an excellent job as our room attendant. 3) breakfast staff were excellent and attentive to detail and ensuring all guests had a great breakfast experience the breakfast area was clean at all times and food was fresh and tasty. 4) Convenient location- to the family events we attended. We were in town for a family members funeral.
