It smelled and looked clean. Staff always greeted us when we walked in and out. Rooms are comfortable some housekeeping staff were amazing.

one of our cleaning ladies did not clean properly I guess because we were staying all week. I asked for my sheets to be changed and only got the bed sheets changed not the comforter. cleaning was not done well but that was fine. other than that everything else was amazing.

Room was nice and clean, beautiful view close to downtown and fair pricing. Breakfast and facilities were okay, liked the name brand body wash / hair / lotion provided in rooms.

No water provided in rooms or on floor, asked the staff if I could check in a few hours early even if I had to change rooms/pay more, which they declined. WiFi was not working in room, Parking lot was not well lit.

I was happy with the breakfast as far as the selection goes. Staff were always very friendly. Since it was a 4 day stay no housekeeping was needed but was goood they checked in every day to see if i needed anything. Eco friendly is fine by me.

I really won't comment since I was at this particular Holiday INN for a special event that took up most of my time.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. Beds were a little too firm for my liking but I still slept comfortably. Breakfast was great it consists of omelets, egg, bacon, sausage links and patties, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal and different pastries. Would definitely stay again.

Floor in restroom looked a little dirty, like when the floor is wet and someone steps on it and it leaves the impression but it wasn't a big deal.

Great free breakfast including pancakes, bacon eggs etc. Looks brand-new, clean, comfortable, and great friendly staff! The pool is nice & fun for the kids.

Property is new, well furnished, with big comfortable bed, choice of pillows, big tv and all the toiletries. Complimentary breakfast is great, both sweet and salty, with a wide choice.

Bathroom floor was dirty, like someone stepped on it when it was wet and some of the towels were stained. Would’ve liked a little bit more cleanliness overall.

It's my second time in this hotel and they met my expectations once again. Big and clean room, beautifully furnished, comfortable bed and everything else someone could ask for in a hotel. Breakfast was great both with sweet and savoury items. Would go back again!

Great location in downtown with free parking and extremely comfortable rooms. Bathroom was normal and clean. Breakfast was solid standard hotel breakfast.

No bacon at breakfast. More healthy options is always appreciated.

Some kind of problem with the room cleaning service. Guests complaining about dirty rooms and they called me asking if I checked in to the hotel a couple days after.

The beds were so plush! And the shower was huge! Had excellent soaps and shampoo and conditioner as well! Like the good stuff not those cheap little travel sized bottles.

Breakfast wasn't particularly delicious but it filled me up
