Very spacious area with excellent kitchen and laundry facilities Excellent location to theatre area and short walk to both red and green/purple tram lines walk or tram to convention centre (mostly tram as so hot!)

Would be helpful for new visitors to have a few tourist items such as a map / some basic brochures in room Although staff are on site the process of contacting them is quite cumbersome-have to go through a third party (presumably Sonder generic contact) who then contact local person who then contacts you Couldnt get local TV without using chromcast which we never could get going

I stayed for x9 nights in a Superior Apartment in the 2nd half May 2023. Cost sub-$100 per night. The place was *huge*. Industrial-style loft apartment which was exactly as it had looked in the photos. Large, comfortable bed. Large closet. Large bathroom. Large kitchen. Large…you’ve got the idea by now. Several floors up, I could only hear the faint hubbub of the traffic at street level. The air conditioning was both a blessing and a curse. Excellent for keeping the apartment cool…

The air conditioning unit was also incredibly noisy — so either come prepared with earplugs to drown out the whirring or (if it’s the warm months) hopefully you can tolerate the humidity!

The a/c controller on the wall wasn’t working when we got there. Fortunately it just needed batteries and thankfully I had packed some. A maintenance man came to fix a towel hanger in the bathroom which was apparently broken (we didn’t notice it) and he didn’t like the fact that we asked him not to worry about it till after we left. He showed up twice while we were there. We arrived HOURS after our intended time to be there…if they were so worried about it then it should have been fixed before we finally got there. This was a kid free getaway for my husband and me so the last thing we wanted were interruptions. Also, we paid the extra money for late checkout. Imagine our surprise (and theirs😳🤣) when they came in before anyone was supposed to.

The large room size due to being a previous apartment. Full Kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.. Nice bathroom. Lots of windows allowing plenty of natural light. Bed was comfortable... although a bit lower to the ground for my taste, 1.5 - 2 feet above floor.

Directions to the room would be helpful as this is an older building and not a traditional hotel room layout. Bathtub/shower combination is higher than normal and can be a struggle for others to get in and out. Odor from neighboring cannabis use - not really a hotel provider issue.

- Great location, only a few minutes walk from downtown attractions and public transport to the NRG Stadium. - Free, private underground parking which is a real bonus when most places charge $40 per day. - The studios are very large and comfortable.

- Very dark and has little natural light. - The first room we were in had a very loud boiler but we were relocated to another room (free of charge) due to the noise levels. - The cleaning was not very thorough, found hairs in the shower and dirt on the light switches/ walls.

Really enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable. Everything as advertised. The studio effect over the normal hotel effect worked for me. Dealing with all the access codes was funky initially but ultimately was great .

Overall all was great so this is splitting hairs... the refrigerator was very noisy. Noticd it more than the A/C. The slightly raised floors(entry& bathroom) were annoying (slight tripping throughout stay) being unfamiliar with place. Bathtub was annoyingly high to get into. Again these comments are small nits. Great overall

Everything in the studio was great, clean and comfortable, well equipped, checking in online was easy and smooth, there were no problems with the passcodes I received, so all good there.

Unfortunately this room(409) has some sort of huge heater, air-conditioner thing for the whole building, I'm not totally sure what it is, right outside the window, which was noisy the whole time I was there. I got used to it after a while but it was still a bit annoying. So ask to not be in that room if possible!

Huge stylish apartment, exactly where I needed it between CVS and the office. Easy check-in, everything seemed to work seamlessly.

The desk and chair are very small / not very comfortable, and placed far away from the power outlet. Found one cockroach - old building alert. Same goes for large beautiful windows - they are gorgeous but not particularly soundproof, so especially if you are on lower floors and not used to sleeping with light and sound seeping in, bring earplugs and sleep mask.

Great location and amenities. Sonder representatives were helpful and responsive.

The room needs some upgrades. The hardwood floors were broken or warped in places and the walls were scuffed/need paint/smoothing for sheetrock for example, but they were minor and just aesthetics.

Nice little place, more like an apartment. We enjoyed it because of that and the location. We walked to an Astros game and several nice little places to eat around there. It was perfect for our needs.

The bed was cordoned off with a glass partition. Kind of a bummer since we like to watch tv at night from the bed. That's the only thing I think we didn't care for but overall it was a nice little place. I would fix access to tv from bedroom.
