The view. The service. The room was awesome.

The ioad dies not work so you should remove it. The beautiful bathtub does not hold the water. As soon as you get in the water lets out. I tried it withbthe stopper up and down. I literally had to speed bathe and its such a nice tub i wanted to soak. Also i left my medicine (in the container) on the bed. My son in left his Airpods and the Gucci Airpod case in the room he was in (401 Kimesha Harmon). If yall locate these items can yall mail them to us? That would be amazing. The staff takes the cake. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable and I loved the pillows. Efficient use of space. Coffee maker is nice model. The best part of the trip was the service we received in the bar/restaurant. For an afternoon cocktail and snack, Heather was exceptional. Very friendly and professional and seemed to care about us as customers. Could not have asked for better service. Our dinner experience was only diminished by the VERY loud gentleman at the table next to us. Not anyone else's fault, but he was really obnoxious. Our server, Jocelyn, I think, was super friendly and made some great recommendations. The spare rib tacos were out of this world!! Valet service was very friendly as well.

It was a smaller than expected room, but very efficient. I typically don't care for the bathroom options to be in the room. The sink, mirror, towels, hairdryer, etc, were a part of the main room and not separated by a wall and/or door. Not ideal, but it worked. While I love Nespresso machines, it would have been nice to have more pods for coffee. One option with one pod a piece seemed a bit skimpy. Especially since it only made a 3oz cup of coffee. The other option available was decaf, and really, what's the point with that? ;)

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The amenities were really good. Best hotel I've stayed at in quite a few years.

The ipad next to the bed did not work. The coffee maker did not work/still unsure what it was meant to be for. The shower head was spraying water everywhere. Needed to be adjusted and cleaned. We also got locked in a "tunnel". Our room key would not allow us back in and the exit doors were locked. The call button was not answered. We waiting on hold for someone at the front desk to answer the phone to "rescue" us for over 15 minutes. Finally, another guest of the hotel came down the stairs and saw us waiving to be let in and opened the door for us from the inside. It was a scary situation for our children to say the least.

The property was clean which is what I most care about, also the room was beautiful, the view was nice, we had the suite by the way, and we loved the bathroom. we also like the restaurant down stair’s, the food was great and the environment was classy and luxurious. will be back for longer stay definitely . ohh and the valet was perfect and made us feel like honored guest or something. best experience I have had so far

the limited menu at main stay’s restaurant down stairs. food was great tho, but if I would say anything it would be to expand the menu a little more but still I would recommend it .

everything was perfect, literally just about everything.

it was very nice seemed exceptionally clean until I just so happen to catch the light from the windows under the covers, the comforter was filter in the every knitted square of the cover.. it’s not noticeable to the naked eye, just be held against a light that shines thru.

I loved the beautiful tub. The facilities were great. The location was PERFECT; we were able to walk to a dinner reservation. Pleasant, helpful staff and valet staff. Nice gym.

Valet wait times > 20 minutes at times. Construction in lobby. Room layout, you technically walk right into the bathroom, which is weird

Staff was amazing. From valet to the receptionist yo the room service. Everyone was courteous and very professional. Room was clean and bathroom was nice as well.

I checked-in in a King Suite. It was too small to be called a King Suite. It looked nice in pictures and thats why I booked it but in reality it was too small. Restaurant/kitchen menu is too short and limited. Had to go outside to another restaurant for dinner.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable . It's also close to most places downtown We got a high floor which was great too. The Brussels sprouts starter in the restaurant downstairs was DIVINE !!

The front desk staff was tremendous as usual, when I checked in I was notified that I received a free upgrade! The room I received was a king Suite and it was to live for!!

Restaurants are not that great, not alot of restaurant choices. Bed Comforter was not the most comfortable. No mini bar just water Nice hotel but not JW luxury
