The staff is very accommodating and it was quiet.

The washer and dryers were Miss Mark that said $3 to wash $3 to dry turned out to be $8 to wash and $6 to dry I was not happy about that and I got charged for a night after I canceled a reservation after I made the reservation for 5 minutes and then I canceled it cuz I changed my mind it's still charged me although it was only 5 minutes had lapsed before I cancel the reservation that did not make me happy either so they charged me for another night another $70 but she wasn't even my rate at the time

The room size is very much adequate for comfort the cleanliness of the lobby, hall and rooms. The comfortability and safeness of the facility. The parking is great no disturbances at night. The house keep is perfect no missing items.

The work out room and the pool area

Location, clean, and staff we great. For the Raye, it was perfect.

The shower you have to watch out...it goes from your in hell to I wish I were in hell. For the most part it wss good, but in cycles, it would go from hot to cold.

They were able to give us four rooms next to each other. Everything we did was just a few minutes away.

The outside of the hotel could be updated but the inside of the rooms were good

How quite it was. Out of the main business area! The Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable! Found out they do allow pers for a $25 deposit

Only decaffeinated coffee in the room offered and how low the toilet was.

Front desk staff were somewhat rude at check-in, weren’t able to split payment on room, and charged a $25 deposit which wasn’t mentioned when booking

Tv had no remote when i checked in and the shower didnt have a plastic shower curtin only a fabric one witch made showers hard to take due to not wanting to get water damaged charges

The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially for our service/emotional support dog. Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property was clean as well, it was quiet and safe. Based on our first night staying here we extended our stay.

The hot water didn’t work. Were you brushed your teeth the air you couldn’t sit at a certain temp there was a complication on that, and there was no continental coffee with a little breakfast

Price and location

The room smelled like there was a broken sewer pipe somewhere. If we used air freshener and lots of ventilation it was better. I asked twice for 2 light bulbs to be replaced -1 in the wall light and 1 in the bedside lamp but that never happened. We were there for 5 days. The bathrooms in the lobby were just nasty.
