Location was great. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Able to park in handicap close to entrance was nice. (Not in wheelchair but walking limited)

Very disappointed as pool was ice cold! They were aware but stayed frigid during stay. Had requested thru Booking but they only initially sent that they would try to have room. They need to go thru and fix things like caulking around plumbing and molding in rooms and hallways. Short on staff as everywhere so breakfast on Labor day we encountered very limited hot food. Pancake machine never worked! And room was huge and nice but had requested much smaller room initially. They weren't totally sold out but crowded. So I believe they upgraded and it cost more for me it seemed!

Location

The curtains were ripped and dirty, the bathroom towel had dark brown stains and the facets dripped. The coffee machine was broken, you had to hold it down to brew a cup. The bathroom shower took forever to get warm/hot water. The carpets were grossly dirty. I stayed here twice before about 3 years ago and it was much nicer and cleaner then. Probably won't stay again

Breakfast was good. Clean and comfortable room.

There was no coffee maker in the room. The lighting in the bathroom was dim. Maybe there should be a lighted makeup mirror for us ladies.

Super hot in the pool room, had a friend stay separate from us and her rate was 60 dollars cheaper than ours, she booked on priceline we booked through booking.com

The way the manager charged me for all 3 nights I was there. I tried to explain to her that I had already paid the first 2 with Booking.com but was was not understanding and charged me for all three night. Thus I paid twice for the first two nights. When I git home I called Booking.com and they were going to refund me their charge. Thus i did not get a discount rate! Yes. It made me very mad. Will never stay at any Holiday Inn again

location was great

security was not present. there was a guy in the parking lot selling items out of his backpack and then he came inside and waited while my 5 year old and I got ice. we hurried cause we thought he was waiting to get ice too. nope. he was waiting to ask if I wanted to buy a cologne for my husband. I said no thank you and we walked away. I immediately made the front counter aware of he situation.

Location was good easy access off of the main street

MyRoom was way too hot! Very difficult to adjust to comfort level.overhead fan available but only one speed.No coffee pot in room. Shower head dripped entire time bathtub was being used. Not enough towels had to go to front desk and ask for more on my way out to dinner; clerk at desk did not offer to take any to my room stated "You can get them when you come back ".Room was noisy school bus barn right next door. Never have I been so disappointed with a Holiday Inn !

The beds were comfy and the room was large.

I booked a "Two-bedroom suite" and was disappointed to find out the hotel doesn't have suites with an additional room. Booking.com misrepresented the room!

Breakfast was good. Coffee needs upgrading! Curtains in room 109 needs to be repaired! Great check-in staff‼️👍

Could use brighter lighting in room and bathroom!

Good breakfast and good location. This place is busy all the time and can understand the wear and tear of the hotel. The lady tending to the breakfast bar did an excellent job keeping it stocked and clean.
