Great room, friendly staff

I had to pay $25 for parking

Everything from the amazing lady at the front desk that checked me in, to walking thru the lobby, to the elevators, and when we got to our room, it was amazing. Room smelled cleaned, everything was just perfect. We went down to the restaurant for dinner and had the most amazing service from the waiter who tended to us and made sure our drinks were never empty. Made sure my daughter got her food first (she was alittle hangry haha) and I was totally over the moon with that gesture. When we were done with dinner, we changed and went swimming, pool, although alittle packed, was still a great time for the family, overall experience was great and we will definitely be coming back.Thank you for the amazing custom service overall!

it had on site garage parking, dining, bar, coffee shop and breakfast options on site. it was well decorated and the outside facilities lo like the pool were enclosed by the building so you were not exposed to the street and outside people driving by. we were staying the night due to an early morning check in at a near by hospital, it was an easy drive there so for us location was key.

The only thing that really stood out to me was there was a section of baseboard that needed to be repaired and the bathroom door was barn door style which is fine but man that thing was extremely heavy to slide closed. I am in my 40’s so it was not hard for me to close but if I was an elderly person or person with a disability it would have been VERY challenging to close.

Leaving a detailed review because I alway skim through reviews for most purchases or services. I get frustrated by the ridiculous things people complain about and am sure I have skipped over some great stuff because of that reason. If you are trying to avoid the high price of staying directly on the Riverwalk this is the perfect place. Very clean, every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous and asked if I needed anything. Parking was easy and convenient there is a $25 per day charge, but not bad compared to the $50 required at hotels directly on Riverwalk for valet. I prefer not having valet and being able to just walk to my car and go when I want. We were able to park on 1st floor of garage every time except once. Never once felt unsafe or sketchy. Breakfast buffet was super nice. I was hesitant to pay $18 per person because I never eat enough. Glad I did because food was all fresh and tasted great, my server checked on me several times, busser asked if I needed anything while walking by and chef walked around and made sure all customers were enjoying their meal. I have been to very expensive restaurants that did not have this level of service. We asked for fresh towels on second evening and they arrived not 10 min later to our door. Halls were quiet and never heard any noises from outside of the room. While we did not use the pool area it looked super clean, had large seating area around it and always had a few families out there enjoying it. Room was clean and comfortable, a/c was cold and shower was hot. Location was about a mile from Riverwalk we drove over and parked in a pay lot all very easy. I hope this review gives someone the actual info they are seeking. We would totally stay here again.

No complaints

check in was EASY fresh cookies and water were a hit! The room was clean, bar and restaurant were great! For breakfast we had eggs , bacon, waffles, fruit, biscuits, yogurt etc... They even had a Starbucks on site... the breakfast buffet was worth it and the service was great! We got towels when we asked for them, and there was not much noise late at night. There was a mini store on site incase you needed a soda or extra snack at night, parking was 25 per night but we felt very safe. Fridge in room was helpful, shower was ok but over all would stay there again. It was close to the the market square but because of construction we would not advise walking anywhere.... but it was close walk

The room SMELLED of wet carpet,/Mildew .., so we tried to turn on AC and it did not help... we were able to switch rooms across the hall with NO problem, Richie and Marissa were very helpful and gave us more cookies! The pool was OK , smaller than we thought more for kids, elevators and walls could use a little TLC. There are a few fast food places near by..we drove most places.

I loved the room, the location was great, very quite and relaxing. I left some property behind and the people who work there mailed my belongings back to me. such nice people.

I called before 9am and wanted new sheets they did not clean nor change my sheets out. The bathtub wasn’t draining but they fixed. not to much of a big deal.

The staff was awesome. I rolled in at midnight one night and was greeted with fresh, warm baked cookies! So awesome!

There was sewer gas coming from the bathtub because the room hadn't been booked in at least a few days, the aroma did not mix well with the hallway air freshner but soon dissipated after I ran water down the drain!

We were so please with the lobby, very nice! Cookies were delicious! And we were very close to family and downtown! Growing up in S.A., a ton has changed downtown, but that wasn’t the purpose of our trip! Everything went well and the bed was super comfy!

A little uncomfortable being across the street from the jail and two bail bond stores. But the streets were very quiet and no bother from anyone!

Everything at this hotel was great. It was in a perfect location not too far from the Riverwalk. This location was also close to excellent restaurants in the area.

The parking was a bit expensive at $25 per night.

the employee at check in was not very nice and did not want to give us our cookies as well as not try to fix the price of our booking since it was $25 more than what I had booked it for on booking.com and didn’t even care that I had proof or even want to see that I was telling the truth about my booking and that was not including the parking price because the whole total over was $50. she didn’t even tell us anything to let us know she was done checking us in except “did you need something else?”. it would have been nice for her to say “enjoy your stay”
