Free breakfast exceeded expectations. The exercise room was large, clean and had alot of equipment/machines to choose from. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Walking distance from all downtown attractions.

Elevator was not working which is not a huge issue for me. They gave us free parking as a result of the elevator being inactive which made up for it.

The location was perfect, so close to the Riverwalk and market square. We were able to get where we wanted within five minutes. The room was perfect! And the staff surprised my 5 year old with a birthday cake and balloons!! Love love loved our visit and will tell everyone to go there as well. Oh and the breakfast, genius, and the coffee yummy, all in all, this is the place I'm staying every visit.

There wasn't anything to complain about. It was clean, the staff was friendly, everything i needed was provided. The hospitality is unmatched. Great stay

The staff was exceptionally nice and attentive to me. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel. The options for hot and cold items exceeded my expectations.

The area in general was under road construction, so it made driving around in the area a bit complex. Other than that, the location is great and central to the attractions downtown.

It was clean & the staff was very friendly. The beds & pillows were comfortable. Location was perfect for our trip.

The AC in our room would not get cold. We had to leave it at the coldest setting all day & night & yet it still was warm at night .

We had a great vacation in San Antonio. Your hotel staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast! Thank you! We had a 2 day pass on the Sight seeing bus and there is a stop just around the corner from the hotel.

The 1st floor hallway was pretty noisy.

Good breakfast. Staff was very efficient and helpful.

We were in a handicapped room (just because it was available early). The toilet took hours to completely fill and the pocket door was too difficult to close. Also there were very few outlets to plug in phone, iPad, etc.

Everything was in excellent condition. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. The price is fair for 4 people in the same room. Room is huge and very comfortable.

The location is good, but if you want to go to Riverwalk walking is 20 min away. I don’t think is too much for people without kids.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice selection and food was fresh. Beds were comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave are helpful

I loved the fact that I didn't smell cigarette smell anywhere. I could breathe very well. The hotel smells clean everywhere you go. The staff are kind and very helpful. The room was perfect. I couldn't ask for more.

Front desk very friendly and caring, I have 3 kids and they love it specifically when the lady at the front desk gave them candy.

My only complain would be the housekeeping, out of the five nights I only request my room to be cleaned ones while I was out. When I came with my family we noticed that whoever did the cleaning forgot to vacuum the floor. Other than everything was great. Looking forward to come back soon.
