This is a very good location. All attractions are walkable. The facilities are just fair in quality and just average in condition but very clean and very comfortable. This is without question THE best value in San Antonio. If you can accept just fair quality and average condition, then save the money and stay here. The +$10 parking fee in the hotel garage, under cover, is totally fair, although street parking in the neighborhood is free. I HIGHLY recommend the Metro Bike BCycle bike share in San Antonio. There is a docking station within one block of the hotel and you can ride EVERYWHERE in town and out of town to the Missions which are AWESOME (San Jose Mission is the best). Enjoy!

The +$10 parking fee under cover in the garage is totally fair and worth it. There is a frig and micro wave, but no kettle for cooler/tea.

Good price. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We booked this hotel because of the parking it was cheaper and it was covered. It’s only half a mile walk to the Alamo and a Riverwalk which made it convenient. Great Mexican restaurant next-door overall we would book here again. 

Someone sitting on stairs each time we walked by. The security lock was broken in our room. The hallway wall has something spilled on it.

The hotel is centrally located, ca. 15 minutes from the Alamo. Daily housekeeping, fresh towels without asking every day. The bed was comfortable. A well-stocked food market is.located ca. 12 minutes on foot (600 meters) from the hotel. On the crossing near the hotel a bus stop for the line 7 Express to the airport, 42 to San Jose Mission, line 34 to the downtown (frequent line) plus other VIA bus lines.

The location was within walking distance to everything, The River walk, Kids Park, The Alamo, Restaurants….. Also, even though there was a $10.00 dollar parking fee per day, it was worth it. There was always someone there, day and night, taking care of our vehicles. Not to mention cameras all around the facility. Thank You for taking care of us!!

At the beginning, I didn’t like the $10.00 dollar parking fee but when I realized we were within walking distance to everything, I understood. The other thing Was that I booked a stay for 5 people, 2 adults, 1 teenagers and two small children and there were only two towels in the room. I had to go twice downstairs to get towels.

Location, location with this place is the thing. Very close to the best play park around, Hemisfair park. Also the Magic Kids Theater. Alamo is a couple of blocks. Bed was very comfortable. The shower, especially as to how it relates to water pressure, temperature, is the best in town beyond any of the BW, Marriot or Hilton properties we have stayed at in SA. The appearance is generally underwhelming. The two staff interactions were: one was blasé, the second person we dealt with, a lady was warm, kind and very helpful.

Clean and spacious. Bathtub was pretty good, I had a long day but that hot water did it’s job. And the Bed is really comfy. I don’t watch tv so that’s in N/A. And the mini fridge and microwave did not give me any issues

Too load outside and you could hear others, plus many people walking or running loudly in the middle of the night at around 1-2a

Room was very clean and comfortable, nice hot shower, good location to some lovely cafes and bars! Only a short walk to the downtown area. Aircon worked well, even though it looked dated!

Staff weren't very friendly at all. Had a late bus the next day so asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel for the day and they said it would cost $20 which I think is a bit of a cheek to be honest!

Exceptionally clean......great value! Frig & microwave NEW. Mattresses are 5 star quality....slept great! Off the beaten path so to speak (not your usual "box" hotel) but right in the center of art district, attractions & downtown!

They need to find keyed entry doors to stairwell access!

The location was great. Right I’m the middle of great locations to eat or go out for drinks. Grocery store was a quick short drive away and the entrance to river walk was right around the corner.

There is no coffee in the room.

No frills. It was clean. Prompt response to a clogged toilet. Very courteous. Safe parking. Had a mini fridge and microwave.

Paying $10 a night for parking. No iron to press my clothes. There was a side door that was left unlocked although it had a security lock so anyone could easily enter who was not a guest.
