The staff was really nice. The room was very comfortable. The location to the Riverwalk was great. Breakfast was almost perfect. Where's the grits!

I didn't like how slow the elevators were. I didn't like that there were no vent fan in the bathroom or at least complimentary spray. I definitely did NOT LIKE THE MANAGER'S RECEPTION! What happened to the nachos, popcorn, cocktail weiners, etc.? The price of the rooms have gone up so treat the Manager's Reception as something to be proud to give your patrons and not the cheap poor man's reception. Also, how much would it hurt to provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms? These are things one would expect from a high price hotel.

It was amazing! Very comfortable. Courteous staff. Breakfast had made to order option for omelettes which was perfect for someone health and diet conscious like me. Complimentary evening reception was excellent. I felt like I was in an all inclusive resort

The property itself was perfect. No complaints. Absolutely loved our time there. Perfect location. However, the parking lot right across the hotel where we parked our car has ants infestation. Our car got infested with ants and it’s been 4 days since and we are still doing remedies to get ants out of our car. So please watch where you park and don’t leave any food crumbs in the car to invite or the whole ant colony will move into your car!

We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and the beds were very comfortable. The room was like a small apartment with a dining table, fridge and microwave. The location is on the "riverwalk" but a short 3-4 block walk is necessary before you are on the main part of it. Not long of a walk at all. Staff was very friendly and there was always someone cleaning something. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was awesome and you even had a choice of a made to order breakfast. I will definitely be back again. (Complimentary alcoholic beverages were served from 5:30-7:30 each night)

The valet was excellent Brandon and Gerard were on it and then were super informative of routes and options we can take very good hospitality. Valet is some of the first people you see and they were welcoming really set the tone. Then the front desk agan lady was also very nice. Loved the breakfast and the view we had.

The elevators were a disaster we had to walk down and walk up to the 12th floor a couple of times cause we were waiting forever This is my only complaint on this stay.

The property is in the heart of everything and on the Riverwalk. You can walk to all the places within just a few blocks. Our two room suite was very nice allowing for plenty of room and comfort. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was super nice! Here’s the kicker and don’t sleep on this advice, no other property can beat the breakfast!!!!! If you’re trying to decide between places to stay, choose the Embassy if just for the breakfast!!!! Carry on and you’re welcome.

This is an amazing hotel with an excellent location. They have a "happy hour" with 2 free alcoholic drinks and snacks from 5:30pm - 7:30pm, never seen that before and what a nice thing to have! The complimentary breakfast in the morning was excellent, delicious made-to-order omelets and red-skin potatoes along with all the other normal breakfast things. The best complimentary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The room was nice and quiet and excellent A/C. The pool was a little small and got busy at night but we ended up going early in the morning our 2nd time and had the pool to ourselves. The location is right on the Riverwalk with a beautiful waterfall right underneath the hotel that makes an amazing backdrop for photos. We didn't have to wait long to check in even on a Saturday at 4:30pm. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations to local restaurants, etc. The hotel felt very safe as they kept all doors locked after a certain time of day except for the front doors. We were all impressed with this hotel and highly recommend!!!

Pool could have been bigger, have more amenities for the kids and the restaurant on-site is too fancy and not appealing to families, no kids menu or anything really for picky eaters so we had to eat elsewhere.

Stayed here with my family for a day in the larger suites. The hotel is beautiful, customer service was great, the rooms were clean and spacious, our room was like a one bedroom apartment with two beds, a spacious bathroom, a small kitchenette area, a mini bar refrigerator, a Livingroom, little dining area and the sofa had a pull out bed. Lots of windows and lights and nice views. I would definitely recommend hotel to any families that stay on this strip. By far the best and to top it off the best full breakfast I’ve ever seen with an omelette station! We loved it here! It’s pricey but worth every penny!

The breakfast keeps me choosing Embassy Suites whenever I travel. My week stay was amazing thanks to Amber each morning with a welcoming smile and pleasant conversation. My last day going down for breakfast was not as warm, she was off, and the other workers barely spoke unless you asked for something. Regardless of their language barrier they can smile and be cordial. I would like to see Amber in a better role she has such a people loving personality. Also, the tables were not as clean as when she is on duty in the morning and when we asked on the last day for it to be cleaned it was just a wet towel used no spray that Amber usually uses that gets all the sticky grimy stuff off the tables. Alot of the workers did not speak English and made it quite difficult when at times requesting items, I had to reach back in my Spanish dictionary this week. When we checked in it was after midnight, and the front desk clerk was not very pleasant, we were tired flight delayed twice so Amber or a person like her would have been a welcome surprise. The front desk people during the day were nice, had an issue with the Range restaurant they quickly solved it, and were very friendly. Overall, Amber each morning for breakfast and being with our friends and family really made coming back home to visit amazing. I will probably stay here again, due to the location. They were very crowded and booked during our stay and it was quiet each night. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping very attentive. The Christmas decor was fabulous!!!

The sofa bed needs to be replaced and the pillows were very hard. They are long too big and were very uncomfortable. The furniture outdated and very heavy, so for them to be downtown in a premier location they need to have more modern and updated furniture.

Everything was fantastic. I love that we had a bathtub in our room. Jasmyne at the front desk was amazing.

We went to breakfast dressed for the water park we were fixing to go visit and a lady that apparently worked for you told us there was a dress code. It was embarrassing and upsetting. If there was a dress code we should have been told that before we ever went to breakfast. I would have given you a excellent rating on everything. Had it not been for this one lady.
