The first thing that I love was the swimming pool, perfect temperature the water. My room was very comfortable, the bed felt comfy. The location connects with restaurants, super markets, and the Granscape.

The lady who was at the reception is weird, she was talking about my room with somebody else by phone, then when I went to the parking and she was taking a photo of my car, scary!!.... the other 2 guys at the reception were awesome.

I'd originally tried to book at Lewisville location and they thoroughly failed to answer my questions. I cancelled my reservation and booked with you. You exceeded my expectations in EVERY WAY!

There was nothing where you failed to deliver anything but excellent service. I used to work in customer satisfaction research - so I know excellence when I experience it. Thanks!

We had a few problems. But they were able to make some changes, and were very pleasant and professional in solving each and every one. I just wish our guest were able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub and I wish we could have used the conference room to play games. It was raining most of our 3 day stay.

It was quiet.loved the pool and spa.breakfast had variety.staff nice helpful.cooler didn't work 1st night they brought a fan up work good.next morning told them and had it fixed within 10 mins.

I didn't elevator being broken.had to go to 3rd floor.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff went above and beyond for my daughter who got a terrible sunburn on her face at her soccer games, they found someone on our own team to bring us some oil to help. Would absolutely stay here again.

The room size was very large and spacious. This allowed me to work in peace while my spouse relaxed in bed. The kids loved the hot breakfast that was served every morning.

My internet on my phone and hotspot kept dropping as the reception was spotty. There weren't many kids channels on the TV and the ones that showed on the guide could not be reached.

This hotel was great. Room, lobby, and breakfast area were clean. Perfectly located for were I was going.

No much for a negative comment. There were a few cosmetic issues in the room that could be addressed, but that was not an issue for me and really not that big of a deal.

The decor needs a refresh. The chair was peeling and some of pictures on the wall were missing - there were several visible hooks for pictures. Some of the outlets did not work. Overall, the room looks dated. I also do not like the sink in the room. That was not visible on the pictures.
