The hotel was clean, Breakfast was very good and well stocked and the management was very tentitive. The surrounding area (parkinglot) was well lit up, and felt secure even at night. The rooms was spacious, clean and well kept, the room to room noise was almost none.

The parking area is a little small, spaces are very few for the amount of guest able to stay. water pressure was a little low, could be due to the faucet and shower head used.

I love the breakfast fare. over and above the standard with steel cut oats, sausage, berries with vanilla yogurt and bran muffins. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby and lots of tvs with a variety of programming to watch there. The beds are super comfy and showers get an A+. Good programming on tv. Good Indian restaurant across the street. Really enjoyed the stayed.

Others mentioned the odor in the lobby. That can be easily remedied with ozone treatment in the pool area. Call the experts and get get er done.

They accept pets

-A very small selection for breakfast -Pet fee. -I do not like Booking due to the pact that I do not know how to get in touch with them. I booked for 4 people but only had 3 people stay. I wanted to be reimbursed for the one person but I don't know how to do this. There is no phone number that I could find. - There has been other incidences also in other Motels/Hotels that I was out money. One place even booked the room out from under me and I had made reservations months ahead of time and I even had my conformation papers with me and they still could not get my room and they still charged me for not showing up.

My grandchildren and I enjoyed the breakfast. The breakfast staff Cynthia and Candace were amazing. Cynthia helped with one of my grandsons because he had spilled his drink.She was very attentive and down right polite. Everytime I looked up Cynthia was cleaning the breakfast area. The area was exceptionally clean. The head housekeeper which was an older Hispanic lady was awesome as well. She made sure that we had enough towels and other items. I can't remember her name but she wore an olive green outfit.

I was soo impressed by Hyatt Place Waco South! My first impression was especially significant -- walking into the lobby, I was blown away by how artfully designed the space was. I genuinely enjoyed walking into the hotel at the end of each day.

Really, the ONLY thing I liked less was the fact that there was a locked cabinet in my room (I'm assuming some sort of utility closet, possibly housing internet routers or something?) that occasionally made loud humming sounds. However, I really only noticed this on my first night, and it seemed to get quieter over time, to the point that I didn't feel a need to ask to move. So it was really a small thing! :)

Things I liked: The heated pool, the breakfast biscuits, and the mall is right next it.

We had to change rooms due to the refrigerator was iced over just to see the new room had a refrigerator starting to ice over. We needed the refrigerator for my mom’s medicine and grandson’s food cause he is a picky eater.

Breakfast was good the one day I ate there, my parents ate every day and lived it.

I was in room 414 and had no issues, my parents were in 418 and they took a few bed bugs home with them, we are sure that’s where they came from. I travel with my own linens and live out of my suitcase, my parents slept on the hotel sheets and used the drawers to store their clothes and ended up with a small amount of bed bugs going home with them, we are positive this is where they picked them up. The cleaning needs to do a better job, don’t just make a bed but check it for bed bugs before putting sheets on it. Other than that, my room was nice, in both bathrooms the floors could have been cleaner, they are not being swept.

Breakfast was good, especially for our picky toddler. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel is in a quiet, newer neighborhood with shops and eating nearby which ended up being really convenient the longer we were there.

For a newer hotel, it seemed to already have some weird structural issues. Our room had a big crack that had obviously been repaired (albeit, not well) in the ceiling, as well as some cracked tiles and doors that didn't hang correctly in the frames. We also noticed that nearly everyone had issues opening and shutting their room doors because it would stick, and would have to slam it shut or force it open, which really just added extra noise especially in the early morning and late evening more than anything else. Nothing that bothered me too badly, but it seemed weird to have old hotel issues in such a nice and newer looking hotel. We also had to consistently ask for towels at the pool because there were never any clean ones there.

was very clean, excellent rooms for families with kids, I loved that it was carpet free. room was clean, perfect location if you are visiting the Magnolia company perfect parking.

my kids love the Pool when ever we stay at a hotel so we always book a hotel with this facility. unfortunately Pool water was very cold and it was in the month of April so weather was still chili. Front desk said they were getting. new water heater, hopefully they took care of this already for future customer specially with little kids and is not something they said to every customer and not fix it. so next time we book here we will make sure to know if Pool is working properly, but over all my reviews are an 8 do to the pool other wise it would be a 10 🤗.

The Staff was friendly and helpful . The indoor pool was lovely and the breakfast was presented beautifully and beyond typical boring breakfast options at many hotels .

My toilet didn’t flush one time ( I only had to lift tank lid and fix flapper - not a big deal ) and I found a bottle cap right next to the couch but other than that the room looked very nice and the bed was comfy .
