Marcus who works the front desk, his customer service was exceptional, he was also very relatable and very personable. He made my wife and myself feel like we’ve known each other for years. That’s how great he was with us. Room was extremely nice, clean and comfortable

Better explanation on how to connect to the internet. A little confusing.

Everyone likes the hotel except I spoke to the manager about a used dirty dried up wash cloths was still hanging in the shower. Manager did nothing to make out stay more suitable . And we were staying at the hotel for a cancer medical procedure and we have more to come. I hope we don't run into this situation again

The taste of the foods and coffee and juices was good. The room was modern and excellent, great shower.

Needed more service at the breakfast. Ran out of some things (one thing was the eggs) and no one around checking anything or to ask anything. No housekeeping after 1st night, could have used fresh towels.

Power went out. Difficult to find desk staff for assistance when needed. Breakfast service was mediocre compared to other properties- not much selection or service.

What a location and hotel. Honestly, everything about the room was amazing. It exceeded my expectations and more. I couldn't have been happier with this hotel. I'm glad I did a little research and found this gem. I would definitely stay here over and over again. For the price, it just cannot be beat

The property was in a great area right where we needed to be for our events and other attractions!

It was a lil miscommunication our first day but they resolved the issue right away and we were very satisfied!

The location was close to food, shopping and interstate. The room was a great size for a multiple day stay for two people. The bathroom was nice and shower was nice size. The dresser/drawer area was very nice. I used the top to spread out all my makeup and hair stuff. This facility was a great home base to explore the Waco area since it was a central location.

The staff was very friendly but couldn't answer question about the availability of an ethernet connection. There were no coffee cups in the room.

Breakfast was great, we normally stay where there is hot breakfast served, we don't care much for donuts and pastry for breakfast, so the hot breakfast was a plus.
