I had booked for the wrong night, but was given a room anyway. Because of this wrong booking, I could have been charged for another night, but upon speaking with Christine, the manager, she took care of this swiftly and to my satisfaction. I am thankful that she understood my situation and was able to credit me for the wrong booked night. I will definitely stay there again! This hotel is great!!

My 5 stars review is conditioned to this hotel category. Many people see a 5 star review for a Holiday In and they believe that they will have the same experience of someone staying at 5 star hotel like Carlton Ritz. That being said, this is a new building and everything is nice and clean. We have been told that the breakfast was a grab-and-go meal, but it turned out to be a seat down with hot food. It was appropriated, well presented, and there was more healthy options.

The breakfast was good.

The room smelled a little musty and stale. The air conditioner was barely adequate. The pool was also dirty.

No hot food like before but very understandable with Covid guidelines but they accommodated us with muffins cereal fruit oatmeal yogurt coffee etc

I stayed here once before for same event and I enjoyed my stay again very close by to Prairie view University where I attended a track meet all weekend I didn’t experience anything negative I just would prefer a room not by the elevator vending machine and ice maker a Lil noisy at times but I manage to tune the noise out at times.

The Hotel was located right off the interstate if you’re stay required you to go and come. Eating facilities was right there. Very large, safe and secured parking, most of all FREE parking. And last but not least a very wonderful and helpful staff. Hotel was real clean, quite & comfortable. Would stay there every time I am visiting Priairie View University....

The bed was big and comfortable, and it had a refrigerator that kept my drinks and leftovers good and cold. thanks alot.
