I liked that there was coffee available downstairs and that the elevator worked. Most of the people were friendly. Having the fridge available was really great and the.kitchenette was nice. They did a great job of keeping the grounds clean, including the parking lot. Glad the windows opened to allow fresh air in. There's a little light in the bathroom that turns on automatically when the lights are out. For some people that can be a good thing

There wasn't any kitchenware or utensils we could use in the kitchen so it kind of didn't make it the most convenient to use. The front desk staff was a range of friendliness. Some people were very friendly and others just ignored us. Our room also smelled like wet dog but thankfully with our ability to open windows, we could alleviate that at least for some periods of time

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel that proved to be the perfect base for visiting Zion National Park. Located just 30 minutes away from the park, with a scenic drive that added to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly kind, and the hotel boasts a pristine swimming pool. After a long day of hiking, taking a refreshing dip in the clean and well-maintained pool is a true delight. Moreover we were delighted to find a spacious parking area available, ensuring that we never had to worry about finding a spot for our car. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and value offered by this hotel for visiting Zion National Park.

This was the best equipped room where we stayed in the US. Clean, comfortable, modern. There was a full equipped kitchen with a very big fridge what do ice, so we didn’t need to buy, a microwave (oven), sink and hob. My personal favorite was the armchair. The staff was friendly.

A little bit weird that there was a well equipped kitchen, but there weren’t glasses, plates, cutlery and dishes. The walls are so thin that we heard what the neighbors watched on the television.

My husband and I were very happy about this hotel! First it is very close to Zion Park (~30 min driving). Second, it was the cheapest option in the area (we traveled during Christmas holidays). Third it is pet friendly. We were not traveling with pets but we saw other guests with small and large dogs during out stay. Fourth, the kitchen in the room is great. The fridge itself was a standard 1-door fridge with freezer (not mini). Finally, the pool and hot-tub looked great, I had no time to jump in it, but if I could go back in time and book for multiple days I would have enjoyed it! This is perfect place to stay on budget while visiting the natural parks

When we checked in, the room was freezing cold (we traveled during Christmas time). We set the heater right away but it took 30 minutes to get to temperature. To be fair, the same happened to some friends that were traveling with us but that were staying in a different hotel in the Zion Park area.

Excellent stay with nice big rooms that are super clean. Big fridge and microwave in the room. Free coffee in the lobby. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for visiting Zion. Its just a short drive away. Would book again without hesitation. Added benefit: we could charge our EV there to start the day with a full battery.

Although there is a stove, there are no pots/ pans nor any cutlery or plates. Absolutely not a big deal, but it would have been the cherry on top.

Clean.Kitchener was a bonus but no cookware, utensils ect.

Booked handicap room. Only thing in room for handicap was a wall switch for the deaf. Picture on line shows walk in shower with stool, high rise camode and hand rails. None of these items in my handicap room. proof next to me and across from me had dogs that barker while owners were gone. Front desk could not switch my room, full house. Said I would get 1 night refund. Still waiting.

Loved being able to pay for 1 room for 4, even though there were 5 in our family. There was not a lounge chair to sleep in like we were told but I brought a camping cot and it helped us all sleep where we needed. Loved having a kitchen, toaster, microwave, stove, sink, and fridge. Greatly helped. So did the iron and iron board. Loved having a grocery store near by and Very much liked the smoothy place that also had good food and Walgreens across the street. An O-Reillys Auto store helped with car supply's and it was fun to be close to Zions National park. I never saw it before and it was an AMAZING experience. Liked how If needed something the staff helped. We forgot to get paper plates and forks and staff SAVED our dinner by giving us some. Needed extra towels as my kid did not close the shower curtain. Staff gave me extra towels to clean up and allow me to take a shower and gave us some garbage bags to get rid of garbage we had, especially since we had 1 more day to stay. Thank you for supporting a long needed vacation.

It seemed someone took a single towell to wipe things down in the bathroom. I found a few hairs in odd places. I had to wipe out the drawers a little. Hilarious how the TV remote could turn the TV on but the receiver for the channels was in the back of the TV. We thought the remote was broken, but we only had to stand at the TV and put our hand holding the remote behind the TV to select the channels. It would be more relaxing to do that from sitting in bed. Having suppliers not bring the breakfast items needed is Funny. Maybe allow hotel staff to go buy what is needed at the grocery store and just bring it to customers in the morning anyway. No big deal, we bought our own food from the grocery store anyway since we were staying there a few days.

The property was very clean, quiet and felt safe! Jackie was very helpful checking in. We didn’t stay very long, midnight to 8am, but was perfect for what we needed the stay for.

The water temperature on the shower was tricky to use and it was the opposite from the direction of hot and cold. The Nightlight in bathroom that was hardwired in the wall was very neat!

We enjoyed our stay at My Place in Hurricane, Utah. It was clean, comfortable, and affordable. We appreciated the little kitchen where we could make our own breakfast. Of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip, My Place was definitely the nicest. We will definitely look for My Place hotels in the future.
