Location was great: approx. 20 minute drive to Zion National Park; approx. 2h15 drive to Bryce National Park; approx. 2h40 to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Approx. 10 minute drive to La Verkin and Hurricane with food options there (we definitely recommend the River Rock Roasting Company for dinner, they have great food options (also vegetarian) with very kind staff and a great view). The staff in the hotel was very kind and also very willing to help with planning our visits to e.g. the National Parks and Las Vegas. The hotel appears very new and is in great condition. The hotel, room and swimming pool were very clean (with daily room service), and the room was very large. Breakfast was really great for USA standards (to elaborate on this point: breakfast in the USA in general does not match the standards of European breakfasts (way too sweet and too many calories; no normal croissants; no hard buns)).

Nitpicking: a second chair in the room would have been great to sit down with the two of us. There is enough space for a second chair as the room was very large.

The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with juice, coffee, waffles, yogurt, eggs, etc. There was fresh fruit available all day. The pool area is large with splash functions for children and a hot tub. There is plenty of free parking.

Housekeeping is only on request - I don’t like this holdover from COVID. I wish there had been more healthy options at breakfast. The hotel is 20 minutes from Zion which meant we had to get up very early to start our day. However, that was reflected in the price.

Had a great pool area and the guest laundry had a heap of washers and driers and all where working .The rooms are spacious and clean. Had breakfast .

Had to drive to get something to eat for dinner. If you want to change anything on your booking u can’t . I wanted to change my room from king to twin share and they wouldn’t because I booked through bookings. Offered to pay extra and they still wouldn’t change my room . But I could choice to stay on ground floor or on the top level🤪🤪👀

New and clean property, great base for Zion exploration. Just 20 min drive to the park entrance (but come early as parking fills up quickly). I think price quality is much better then for hotels located right at the park. But this hotel is standalone, nothing around. Nowhere to walk etc, just sleep, have breakfast and drive to explore Zion. Normal size, clean modern room, big king bed. TV with HBO.

Not much to complain about. The mosquito net had holes in my room.

standard Fairfield hotel with decent rooms and continental buffet breakfast. it is a 12min drive to Zion so you don’t pay the high cost of Springdale hotels while being next door.

pool was quite cold in April. they should have heated it, esp. given it was spring break and kids were around. The hotel is literally in middle of nowhere. No restaurant or grocery nearby. everything is a 10-12 min drive away. people looking for amenities should consider staying in town of Le Verkin which is a 25min drive from Zion.

The room was very spacious, clean, modern, and well-lit. The shower was amazing with very well thought-out design features that made a big difference. The bed was one of the best we've ever slept in while in a hotel. The included breakfast was simple but very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful and had a free luggage storage service that we utilized so we could explore Zion without having to keep our luggage in our car. The value for the room was one of the best of our entire trip. We were delighted with our stay and will book with Fairfield Inn & Suites in the future.

It was a bit far out of town, but at the same time, it was away from the hustle and bustle of Springdale which was nice. We were on the ground floor room and were aware of noises above us, so next time we'll ask for an upstairs room.

Location was gorgeous, staff were friendly, rooms were nice, everything looked very clean and tidy.

The location of the room was right next to the entrance of the building, so you could hear people coming in and out and some people were very loud. Breakfast was good, but the eggs and sausage tasted a little rubbery. Everything else was wonderful!

beautiful new property. the grounds are gorgeous. King suite was large and bed/pillows were very comfortable.

The A/C unit sounded like an airplane revving it’s engine. when I called the front desk she said we had the temperature set too low. we had just arrived and had not adjusted it but it was set already at 71. we had to completely shut it off in order to sleep. also, the sheets were extremely wrinkled! I’ve never seen such wrinkles at a hotel. I’m assuming they were clean …

The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was very helpful!

This hotel had a very strange layout with the lobby and elevator far apart. We needed to do laundry and 2 of the 4 dryers were out of order as was the change machine. The price seemed very expensive for being a long way from Zion.

Very nice hotel and very comfortable beds. AC and fridge were not too noisy. Room is quite large and ample parking space. 3 swimming pools and decent fitness room. Staff was friendly.

There are 3 swimming pools: the large one is cold, the small one is for babies (very little water) and the hot tub is really hot. There are not much choice for restaurants around so you have to go back, closer to Zion to eat unless you try the Balcony One restaurant (nice option)
