Value, cleanliness, hot breakfast,and location to Zion. The hotel is right next to the Hwy. that takes you to the Zion visitor center in Springdale(go early only takes about 25/30mins if you want free Zion park parking). Also, only 20mins. from the Zion Kolob entrance, and 10 mins. from Hurricane for restaurants and grocery stores…including Walmart.

The only complaint was not having a “hot” shower after a long day of hiking. I spoke with the front desk clerk and she got the maintenance man to stop by…he was the only rude person we encountered at the hotel. Unfortunately, he seemed to think lukewarm was “hot” and good enough for showering! However, he must have followed through and raised the temp of the hot water heater because the water was a “warmer” the next two nights of our stay.

This newer hotel was very clean and had a cozy feel from the time we entered the lobby. It had comfortable places to sit downstairs, a fitness center and an outdoor pool. The breakfast had many choices and all the food was fresh and tasty. Our rooms were very pleasant and very clean ~ housekeeping came in every day and also gave us the option to save energy and water by not changing all the linens. We liked being able to adjust the air conditioning. Everyone on the staff was warm and friendly and we enjoyed their recommendations for things to do once we left Zion and wanted to explore the surrounding little towns.

We would have liked a few more lounges out around the pool. After being in the national park during the early part of the day, it seemed lots of people wanted to cool off in the pool at the same time. It also would have been nice to have a little kettle in the room instead of just a coffee maker, as we like to drink tea.

We stayed here 3 nights to go to Zion, as part of a cross country road trip. Helpful front desk staff, but not as friendly as might be expected. Clean rooms. Pet friendly and we were assigned to a regular room -- not one of the "dog rooms" like at other hotels. Pet fees are not disclosed upfront, but were on the Q&A section and were reasonable. Everyone here is getting up early and heading to the park. We made our reservations at the last minute, so we had limited options. Water/Ice station was a nice touch.

We had an issue with the television and the remote that the staff seemed unable to solve. They were not very proactive about solving the issue.

I was completely impressed with how clean the hotel was. I stayed there to go to Zion national park, great location.

I was only able to stay until the first part of my last day. The power went out at the hotel which the outside temperature was 100 degrees. I had no A/C and had to be in Las Vegas the next morning. I asked if i could check out and get a partial reimbursement & I was told I would since I had to drive to Las Vegas to spend a night at La Quinta Airport South on the 11th & 12th. I received my bill for the entire amount, with no partial reimbursement.

The breakfast was delicious and very clean breakfast tables. The staff was accommodating and kind. Always willing to help. They have coffee 24/7 and perfect for fueling your body before headed out to explore. Plenty of choice from céreal, eggs to fruit and yogurt. The entire hotel is amazingly clean, rooms are spacious and staff is always available to assist. The hotel has amazing views and perfectly located 20 minutes from Zion National Park. There is a convenient coffee shop within walking distance and there is a grocery store and gas station 2 minutes away. The area is delightful and the town is safe. The hotel staff is friendly and full of great advice about places to go and about the surrounding parks.

The rooms were a good size and comfortable. Queen sized beds, fridge, microwave and coffee maker were all there. Everything was clean. We could get coffee from the lobby all the time, since it was always available. The breakfast was included and was enough food to keep us happy. The pool area was an added bonus on a hot afternoon. There is a good grocery store just down the street. Half an hour from Zion. One of the nicest hotels, out of the 7 that we stayed at on our trip as far as what was offered (breakfast, pool, modern look/feel) and it was the cheapest.

The sound proofing of the rooms could have been better, could hear people all around us at times. The breakfast area got messy at peak times (spilled milk/cereal, tables not clean, full garbage bins). I also wish that all the breakdast dishes wouldn't be disposable, it's so wasteful.

Very nice looking hotel, easy to find, parking was full but there was always space, even late in the evening. Big, clean room, with all amenities (fridge, micro, coffee maker - we only used the fridge, but all was there). Comfortable bathroom, comfortable beds, lots of space in drawers, AC worked well. Breakfast was decent for US (lol, we Europeans always complain, right? ;) ). Very good location: right on the route to Zion, a very well appointed general store almost on the other side of the street.

There was a very loud air vent near our room on the corridor, took me 2 nights to get used to it (it was not so loud through the door). But the temperature in the hotel was perfect, so it's kinda hard to complain. Personal preference: I don't like rooms where windows don't open, but I guess this is standard in a lot of hotels in the hotter parts.

I think the hotel lobby was very clean, breakfast choices were standard. It was a good location considering how close it was to Zion Park. Had everything we need. the room was very big and the staff was friendly!

The bed was broken.. We had a kingsize bed, and although it was good enough to sleep through the night there was a massive crater/dent in the center of the bed that it felt if you put too much pressure it would crack. It definitely needed to be replaced. However we never said anything, so its on us for not asking for another room.

What a lovely hotel. We were staying in La Verkin as we were spending 2 days hiking in Zion. The hotel room was ginormous (I could do sprints up and down the room) and a good breakfast selection included in the price. We also liked La Verkin as a town with some lovely restaurants and only about 30 minutes from Zion entrance.

Nothing we disliked. Obviously be prepared to have the drive to and from Zion but for the price we were extremely happy overall

It is very conveniently located. The room was clean! Staff is very friendly.! Good breakfast, not crowded dining hall

The only one complain that the king suit supposed with "the mountain view" was not that I expected. Actually the hotel all stranded by mountains and we got the view to the parking lot and to the hotel entrance, so I'm not sure why pay more Anyway we were to tired after long drive and check was very fast and smooth , so we didn't make a big deal out of it.
