Cleanliness to the max. Kudos to the cleaning staff for an outstanding job!!! Breakfast is also very very good. Reception very smooth and friendly. Check in and out is a breeze. The pool is great and customers respectful for each other. Very very close to Zion and Heli tours (I recommend!!!!). The beds feel like a cloud. The name of the hotel is spot on. You will dream like a baby here! No sound of neighbors. Thank you for adding to the amazing USA trip! I recommend pig's ear American bistro only 250meters away, amazing burgers for very good price. Enjoy fellow travellers Personally the view on red cliffs is much nicer than Zion lodge within tourists crowded Zion park (which I would only recommend if going to angels landing trail early in the morning)

The facility was in excellent shape. The breakfast choices were very good, and the waffles were tasty. The staff kept the eating area clean, and well stocked. the room was in excellent shape & the facility was very quiet. It is close to a Walmart Supercenter, and there were numerous places to dine in the evening.

It is advertised as close to Zion Park. But in reality, it is about 30 minutes away. We had a rental car so that wasn't a huge inconvenience. Parking in Springdale which is just outside the park is very expensive ($30.00). Several blogs said parking is free but we found that not to be the case.

What an exceptional value and unexpected pleasant surprise! We had two adjoining rooms, each with two queen beds. The rooms are massive and clean. The exercise room was basic; but, everything worked (which we rarely find when traveling) and (again) the room was spotless. Breakfast was incredible: hot and cold cereal, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, toast, muffins, juice, etc. The staff members were polite, cordial, and well informed about the area. A special nod to Sina, one of the many assistants at the front desk.

This is a really nice modern hotel that is very clean. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I did not use the fitness center but it looked nice. The hotel had a laundry room which was nice. The breakfast was fairly good.

It took 40 minutes to get to Zion, which meant a very early alarm as you have to arrive at Zion very early to get a parking spot. It's worth is to pay 1/3 what a modest hotel would cost in Springdale. I was very disappointed that maid service was only on request. But since I was alert and noticed this, no big deal.

This is a clean and comfortable property. Our room was very big and the bed was comfortable with high quality linens. Check in was easy, there was convenient parking and the property was easy to find. Breakfast was standard continental style with limited options. I would definitely stay here again.

The entrance to Zion National Park is at least a half hour drive away.

Everything. Amazing front desk staff, surprisingly nice room. Breakfast was not bad and enjoyed the hot tub. It was a cheap last minute option. But when we arrived I was very pleasantly surprised and will stay here again.

Nothing honestly nothing. I have zero complaints wich is surprising. I hate giving reviews and will usually only do so if it’s bad. But the deserve credit for being a great affordable room.

I can't say enough great things about my stay. Staff was friendly, the room was clean, the location was perfect, and everything was just so enjoyable. Our room was big and had so much space for our belongings. The gym was clean, the pool was maintained, and the breakfast area had a lot of seating.

Breakfast wasn't that tasteful. Pool room did get kind of stuffy from the heat.

Very comfortable beds, place was quiet and inviting. Nice breakfast overall and great price.

Our toilet handle broke right away but they did fix it within a few hours. Our big window had huge handprints ( inside). The room came stocked with 4 towels but was booked for 5 people. The shower curtain needs to be a bit longer as it was difficult to keep the water from spraying on the floor.

The hotel was new, so what's not to like? Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.

There were just a few nit-picky housekeeping things that are just suggestions. The bathroom door squeaked loudly, so I suggested to the front desk that it could use some WD-40. Plus, it would be nice to have some racks in the bathroom to hang towels. Not a deal-breaker, though. I can live with draping towels over the shower curtain or hanging on a doorknob.

Handy location for Zion at a far more budget friendly price. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast started early, which is great if you're heading to Zion for the day. The room was nice and modern.

On one night a bit of sound came through from the neighboring rooms. I could hear the TV, which was turned down after being asked to, and I could hear their snoring. The breakfast options were smaller compared to other places I stayed on my trip.
